You settled into Charlie's limo alongside her and Vaggie, legs crossed and head leaning against the window. As the landscape of trash and hookers whizzed past, you couldn't help but marvel at the surreal sights outside. "This is one of Luci's old buildings?" you inquired, breaking the silence that hung in the air.

"Yeah! it used to be one of Mom's favorite buildings but they abandoned it for some reason," Charlie responded, her voice tinged with a hint of sadness as she reminisced about her mother. "I'm sure it's beautiful," you offered, trying to inject a note of optimism into the somber moment.

Suddenly, the car came to a stop, jolting you from your reverie. "We're here!" Charlie announced excitedly, her voice filled with enthusiasm. You peered out the window, and your eyes widened in surprise at the sight before you. Outside sat a dilapidated old building, its weathered facade seeming to teeter on the brink of collapse. A lump formed in your throat as you took in the scene, feeling a mixture of apprehension and curiosity wash over you.

Despite your reservations, Charlie's infectious excitement was palpable as she bounded out of the car, her joyful squeals filling the air. "Isn't it beautiful!" she exclaimed, her enthusiasm undimmed by the building's decrepit appearance.

You followed Charlie out of the limo, your gaze fixed on the dilapidated building before you. It was a stark contrast to the grandeur of Lucifer's usual abode, and yet there was something strangely captivating about its broken appearance.

As you stepped closer, the musty scent of decay filled your nostrils, mingling with the stench of sulfur that permeated the air in Hell. Vaggie joined you, her expression a mixture of excitement and apprehension.

"It's certainly... unique," you remarked, unable to hide the skepticism in your voice.

Charlie beamed at you, undeterred by your lack of enthusiasm. "I know it needs some work, but just imagine what it could become! A place of redemption, a sanctuary for those seeking a second chance." You nodded, though doubt still lingered in the back of your mind. The idea of redemption still seemed a bit laughable. And yet, there was a glimmer of hope in Charlie's eyes that was hard to ignore.

Together, you and Charlie began to explore the building, taking note of its various flaws and potential. With each step you took, you could feel a sense of purpose stirring within you, a desire to make something of this forgotten place.

As you explored the building with Charlie, your skepticism slowly began to fade. Despite its outward appearance of decay and neglect, there was an undeniable potential hidden within its crumbling walls.

Charlie's enthusiasm was inspiring, and soon you found yourself caught up in her vision. You discussed ideas for renovations, imagining what the building could become with a little bit of effort and ingenuity...And lots of paint. Together, you and Charlie ventured into the heart of the building, exploring its darkened corridors and dusty rooms. As you moved through the shadows, you couldn't shake the feeling of anticipation building within you.

"This could be our chance to make a real difference," Charlie exclaimed, her voice echoing off the walls. "To offer redemption to those who have lost hope." Lost in your own thoughts, you continued to wander through the strange old theater, the echo of Charlie's voice fading into the background. Engrossed in your exploration, you barely registered the conversation between Charlie and Vaggie as they engaged in animated discussion.

As you ascended the grand staircase, your gaze swept over the ornate walls adorned with portraits of Lilith, Lucifer, and Charlie, a nice smile playing on your lips. Each step seemed to reveal more of the building's potential, and you couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement building within you.
