Chapter One
I have never been so scared.
I wake up. I find myself in a hospital. How did I get here? I should pry start from the beginning. Well...um....where is the beginning? I'm not the best at explaining but here I go.
It all started on a Friday. I just got out of school and walked home. I walked to and from school everyday. it never bothers me I live less then a mile away. I unlock the house, and walk in. I see a phone on the counter.
"What the..." I say.
"Hello frosty angle." he says. Now who I have yet th lightest idea.
"Who.....w..Who are you may I ask. come where I can see you please." I ask.
He comes out. He's wearing a mask. A navy blue hoodie , washed out jeans. I've never see him before. That I can remember. I only live with my older 22 year old brother named Sean. The rest of our family is gone. Our parents left us. Our grandparents went missing and were never found. We our the last in the Thompson family. My name is Alyssa. I'm 12. I play one sport and one sport only. That's why I'm in the hospital. We were practicing for our first game. I play volley ball. I went to go dive to get the ball. But I missed by a long shot. Worth a try right? I twisted my arm and landed on it. Sean (my overly protective brother) saw me and Sprints over. I've never seen him run so fast. I show him my arm. He took me to the hospital. Anyway back to the weird guy that I don't know.
"Do....I know you?" I say looking at him.
"You don't know me," he says the continues and points at me," but I've known you since you were a baby."
I'm puzzled.
"What's you're name?" I hesitate but walk towards him.
He steps back.
"My name?"
"Yes you know the-"
"I know what name is! Just cause I'm blonde doesn't mean I'm stupid. My name's Jake. And yours is Alyssa. My 12 year old angle. I'm 14." he replies.
"But...where's Sean he should be back from work already. And how do you know me? And for how long?" I say I set my heavy backpack down and get something g to eat.
"I don't know where Sean is. And I've known you since I was 2. So since you were born. I known everything about you, Angel.
