Another Day

                                                 Chapter five

    I wake up. Sam is just getting up. I sit up and rub my eyes. There's a note on the side table. I read it:

       Hey Aly and Sam. Sorry I left early. I went to get stuff for the dog room. I'll be back soon. Text me when you get up. Stay on top of things. I'm also looking at better security systems.

Be back soon.

"Mourning sweetie." Sam says and kisses my forehead.

"Mourning.....Dad......I mean Jared left a note." I say and hand her the note. Dad really?!

"You can call us mom and dad if you would like." Sam smiles. She reads the note. "I'll text him. Go get breakfast. I'll be down in a bit. I have to go to the store. Maybe you and me can do some shopping too."

"Ok that sounds fun I would love to." I say. I hug her and walk to my bedroom get dressed and look at my bed there's a note and another bag. Its a pull string backpack. I walk over to it.

    Hi Aly. I'm sorry for scaring you. I know why I never killed you. I love you. Do you love me back? I will come tonight. I'll explain. Everything. I swear. Don't be scared. Please. Hope you like the bag. I think you like zebra. Inside is more drawing stuff. I even drew something see if you can find it. There's something else conning that I hope you like.....well two things.

I look at the bag. Should I open it? This is thoughtful. Especially for  killer. Eh Yolo! I open the bag. I find a ton of notebooks big and  small, thick and thin. I also find a ton of sharpies I haven't gotten yet. I re-read the note.

     I even drew something see if you can find it.

I look though all the notebooks. I finally find the drawing. Its amazing. Its a drawing of me.....him.....and.....that smiling dog.....and monster......and chill.....fence ......razor..... Its beautiful. There's a house in the background. It looks like slendermans in the woods. Jeff is on top of Jack laughing. How is this guy a killer? I turn the page over. There's another note.

     I'm sorry that it's a bad drawing. This is my way of saying thanks for listening. I'm an idiot for killing you're only family member. I will find out why most of you're family went missing. I didn't do that. I will tell you how I know you're mother. I have 3 more presents for you. Not including finding out why you're family went missing. I promise.

Wow. For a killer that's pretty deep. I put the bag under my bed but put the new things in my zebra backpack purse. I walk downstairs. I see our maid.

"Hello Marge." I reach for an orange. Then decide to go with a bagel and banana.

"Hello Aly, I heard you're going shopping with Sam and Jared is at the store getting stuff to make a dog room." Marge says.

"Yes ma'am." I take a bite of my banana while I wait for my bagel to pop up so I can put butter and cream cheese on it. I do so when it pops out. I finish my banana while buttering and putting cream cheese on it. Sam walks in and grabs yogurt and a bagel. I eat my bagel and sit at the island.

"Jared said he would be home around 5. I guess he needs a lot of stuff for the dog room." Sam says and smiles.

"Ok."

"Where do you want to go for shopping. We can take the dogs. I can show them a pass and they will let you go with them. You can just take one or all." She says.

"Can I take monster? the rest shall be fine here." I say.

"Ok go get monster ready. I will pack a small bag. Bring a leash but she doesn't have to wear it. She's smart enough to stick to you. If she wonders off she will find you immediately. Bring you're bag and phone too." She says kisses my head and walks to her room. To get ready I assume.
