Chapter 11: Is he back?

It was a week before Riddhima's cousin and Varun's wedding.

KaJal and Riddhima were catching up their friendship. All the three of them were missing Vansh but one person who was missing him the most was Riddhima but she did not know why.

Riddhima was most of the times busy with the functions while KaJal were going on coffee dates and dinners without the knowledge of Riddhima "just for fun".
But it was evident that it was not "just for fun" and there was something happening🤫

On the day of Riddhima's cousins wedding:

All the rituals were taking place and SeRi who were as always not interested in any kind of functions were just a little far away from the mandap talking.

Sejal: Yaar no offense but yeh sab bohot boring hai.
[No offense but all this is too borning]

Riddhima: None taken mere liye bhi boring hai.
[None taken its boring for me too]

Sejal: And mummy kehti hai ki agar hum doosro ki shadi Main nahi jaayenge toh woh bhi humari shaadi Main nahi aayenge.
[And mom says that if we don't go to others wedding they will also not come to ours]

Riddhima: Aunty waise sahi kehti hai lekin unko kya Pata hum chahte bhi yahi hai. Kuch important log aa Jaye toh kaafi hai. Humko zyada breed bhaad nahi pasand.
[Aunty is right but little does she know that we want that. If some important people come that's enough. We don't like touch crowd]

Sejal: Exactly. But saare logon ko aisa nahi lagta.
[Exactly. But not all people think alike.]

Riddhima: Hmm... BTW tu Varun ki shaadi Main jaa rahi hai kya?
[Hmm... BTW are you going to Varun's wedding?]

Sejal: Pehle toh nahi jaane wali thi but ab jaa rahi hun kyunki Kabir bhi hai aur mujhe company mil jaayegi.
[I was not going but now I am because Kabir will also be there and I will get a company.]

Riddhima(in a teasing tone): uh-han toh Kabir ki company mil rahi hai issliye jaa rahi hai. Nice. I like it.😏
[Uh-han so you are getting Kabir's company that's why you are going. Nice. I like it.😏]

Sejal: Shut up aisi koi baat nahi hai. A good company is necessary. Ab tu nahi aa rahi toh Kabir hi sahi.
[Shut up there's nothing like what you are thinking. A good company is necessary. Now if you are not coming then Kabir is fine.]

Riddhima(with narrowed eyes): Hmm

Sejal: Acha tujhe Pata hai kal shaadi Main kon aa raha hai?
[Do you know who is attending tomorrow's wedding]

Riddhima: kon?
[Who?]

Sejal: The great businessman Mr.Vr

Riddhima(surprised): Kya baat kar rahi hai?
[What are you talking about]

Sejal: Haan!
[Yess!]

Riddhima(a little more surprised): Kya baar kar rahi hai?
[What are you talking about?]

Sejal: Haaan!
[Yesss!]

Riddhima: sachi?
[Really?]

Sejal: arrey Haan. Kabir ne Bola tha. Shayad aaj woh Bangalore aa raha hai and kal he will attend the wedding.
[Yeah dude. Kabir told me. I think he will come to Bangalore today and tomorrow he will attend the wedding]

Riddhima was really excited after years she will be meeting him.

Riddhima: Toh kal Main bhi aa rahi hun.
[Then tomorrow I will also attend.]

Sejal: Hain? Tu kal shaadi Main aa rahi hai. Seriously?
[Hain? You will attend the wedding. Seriously?]

Riddhima: Haan toh itna shock kyun ho rahi hai?
[Yeah so why are you getting shocked?]
