Okay did he just propose me? Nahi nahi koi prank bhi toh kar raha hoga na. But yeh aisa insaan toh nahi hai jo aisa prank karke kisike emotions ke saath khele.
Or is he practicing to propose someone jaise movies Main hota hai. Nahi nahi yeh bhi nahi ho sakta kyunki kahi na kahi se toh mujhe Pata padh hi jaata aur agar isske zindagi Main koi aur ladki thi toh mere saath flirt nahi karta ye. He is a one woman man.
Aur jab bhi yeh kisi ke saath apne emotions share karta hai he really means it, yeh bas aise casually I love you, I hate you nahi bolta hai.
Okay jaise yeh mujhe ab dekh raha hai aur mujhse baat kar raha tha he is actually serious.
[Okay did he just propose me? No no it can also be a prank. But he is not that type of a person who plays with someone's emotions and later says it's a prank.
Or is he practicing to propose someone else like in movies. No no this is also not possible otherwise I would have got to know from somewhere or the other and if he had someother girl in his life then he would not be flirting with me, he is a one woman man.
Whenever he shares his emotions with someone he actually means it he is not a guy who would casually say I love you or I hate you.
Okay now the way he is looking at me and talking to me he is actually serious.]

Riddhima: Vansh... I... main
Riddhima's pov:
What am I supposed to answer him now. Not going to lie I really like him but I don't want to tell him this now. How do I answer him.

Vansh: It's OK Riddhima tumhe abhi jawab Dene ki zaroorat nahi hai, tum apna time lo.
[It's OK Riddhima you don't have to answer now, you take your time.]
Riddhima(giving a small smile): Hmm.
(In mind): I guess he understood my dilemma, thank God.
Vansh: Chalo Main tumhe ghar chod deta hun.
[Come I'll drop you home]
They sat in Vansh's car and he drove her home. It was a silent ride this time unlike the previous one. Riddhima was thinking about the proposal all the way home while Vansh was a little anxious for the first time about the consequences.
They reached her home, he dropped her and bid bye to her.
Riddhima's pov:
Agar koi aur hota toh main koi cliché line chipka ke waha se nikal leti, something like "don't ruin the friendship we have", but yaha problem yeh hai ki even I like him, I really like him and this "like" is different from the other friends I "like",Kabir for that matter. I like Kabir but never had any kind of feelings for him even before he was Sejal's boyfriend. Aur Main kisi aur ke saamne apne appearance ke liye conscious nahi hoti hun.
It's different with Vansh but I am not really sure about love.
Also I can't deny the fact that I had developed a crush on him right from college days. Kisi se bhi chupa loon I cannot hide it from myself.
[If it was someone else I would have just stuck that guy some cliché lines and got away from there, something like "don't ruin the friendship we have".
But the problem here is even I like him, I really like him and this "like" is different from the other friends I "like", Kabir for that matter, I like him but I have not had any kind of feelings for him even before he was Sejal's boyfriend. I also am not conscious about my appearance in front of anyone else other than him.

2 days had passed since the proposal but no one had contacted each other in these two days. Riddhima was taking her time to figure out things and Vansh wanted to call her but then did not because he wanted to give her time.
Finally Riddhima thought of talking to him.
She called him and asked him to meet her at the beach because it was their favorite place to go and get some peace.
In the beach:
Riddhima: HI Vansh.
Vansh: Hello, kaisi ho tum?
[Hello, how are you?]
Riddhima: Main theek hun, tumhe zyada wait Kara diya kya Maine?
[I am fine, did I make you wait too long.]
Vansh: Waise itna Zyada toh nahi tha but mere liye tha.
[Well it was not that late but for me it was.]
Riddhima: Sorry, ok ab tumhe aur wait nahi karaungi.
[Sorry, ok I'll not make you wait more now]
Vansh: Hmm.
Riddhima: Dekho Vansh I'll not lie, I really like you but love.. I am not sure about it. Main yeh nahi keh rahi hun ki sirf dost hi bane rahenge kyunki mujhe apne aap pe bharosa nahi. Kya Pata main parso aake tumko propose kar dun. I just need time for love and relationships. Lekin iss baat ka humari dosti se koi Matlab nahi. Hum abhi bhi wohi purane wale dost hi rahenge jo din raat baate karte the aur jab bhi time mile ghumne jaate the. Okay?
[Look Vansh I'll not lie, I really like you but love.. I am not sure about it. I am not saying that we will only be Friends because I don't trust myself. Who knows day after tomorrow I would come and propose you. I just need time for love and relationships. But this does not have anything to do with our friendship. We will still be the same friends who used to talk day and night and would roam around whenever we used to get time. Okay?]
Vansh: More than okay. I am super fine with that. Mujhe bas iss baat ki khushi hai ki we will still be the same friends.
[More than okay. I am super fine with that. I am just happy because we will still be the same friends.]
Riddhima(with a wide smile): Yayy. Ab chalo mujhe bhook lag rahi hai aur iss baar hum dhaba jaayenge aur na koi fancy restaurant.
[Yayy. Now come I am hungry and this time we will go to a dhaba and not some fancy restaurant.]
Vansh: But... okay come.
