After almost a week of staying with Lisa, Rosé decided to come home again with her good as new car that Jungkook had sent for repair the other day. When he arrived, she walked up towards the car with a bright smile on her face to see him.
"Hi, Jungkook.", she waved excitedly as she watched him came out of her car.
However, Jungkook did not seemed happy to see her. His face was expressionless just like how he usually is.
"Have you take a look at the headlight?", he immediately asked as he walked to the front side of the car.
Rosé almost forgot about it. She followed him and looked at the headlight that had been repaired. It looked like new again now.
"Looks good.", she commented.
"Here.", Jungkook said as he extended his hand to give her car key to her.
She looked at him with a frown, "Aren't we leaving together?"
"We're leaving separately. I have some work to do.", Jungkook said as he took her hand and put the key on it.
"Wait, is it urgent?", Rosé asked him.
"Kind of.", he replied, not wanting to share any detail to her.
"Let me send you then.", she offered.
He looked surprised with it, "No, I can take the-"
"I insist.", she cut him off as she linked arms with him.
He was surprised with her action dragging him to the passenger side but he did not have the heart to fight it. He let her drag him until she opened the door for him but he refused to get inside. He leaned against the car as he tried to keep his straight face and shook his head.
"I insist to repay you for helping me.", she told him.
"I told you what happened was my fault and I was taking responsibility for it. There's nothing you need to repay to me.", he replied before his phone rang. "Ah, I need to answer this. Excuse me.", he took a few steps away to answer the call.
Rosé looked at his back before she slowly stepped forward to listen to him. When he hung up, she rushed to turn around but stopped when he called her name. Slowly, she turned to look at him while flashing her smile awkwardly.
"I really have to go now-"
"Where? I'll send you there.", Rosé responded after Jungkook did not scold her for trying to eavesdrop on his conversation earlier.
