Toby took great notice of the arrangement of clothing I had in my hands. Including, the apron.

"Wʜᴇʀᴇ'ᴅ ʏ-yᴏᴜ ɢᴇᴛ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ᴀɴʏᴡᴀʏ?"

*No clue. A weird voice probably gave me them though.*

"Hᴍ. Dɪᴅɴ'ᴛ ᴋ-ᴋɴᴏᴡ ᴛʜᴇ ʙᴏss ʜᴀᴅ sᴛᴜғғ ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ʟ-ʟʏɪɴɢ ᴀʀᴏᴜɴᴅ sᴛɪʟʟ."

Boss? Eh, I won't question it.
*Still?*

"Y-ʏᴇᴀʜ. E.J ᴜsᴇᴅ ᴛᴏ ʙᴇ ᴛ-ᴛʜᴇ ᴅᴇᴅɪᴄᴀᴛᴇᴅ 'ᴄʜᴇғ'. Bᴜᴛ, ʜᴇ-ᴇ ɢᴀᴠᴇ ɪᴛ ᴜᴘ ʙᴇᴄᴀᴜs-sᴇ ᴛᴏᴏ ᴍᴀɴʏ ᴘᴇᴏᴘʟᴇ ᴄᴏᴍᴘʟᴀɪɴᴇᴅ ᴀʙ-ʙᴏᴜᴛ ʜɪs ғᴏᴏᴅ. I ᴅɪᴅɴ'ᴛ ᴍɪɴᴅ ɪ-ɪᴛ ᴛʜᴏᴜɢʜ. Tʜᴇʏ ᴡᴇ'ʀᴇ ᴘʀᴏʙᴀʙʟʏ ᴊᴜsᴛ ᴡᴏʀʀɪᴇᴅ s-sᴏᴍᴇᴛʜɪɴɢ ᴡᴀs ɪɴ ɪᴛ."

E.J. also knows how to cook. No wonder he's a defined gentleman! It's almost like a proven fact- if you can cook, then you must have good manners.

Like myself, the kinder I am- the better the food comes out. Since many people didn't tend to talk to me- I had all the practice in the world. Every second I was on that mountain- was spent working. Both on my recipes and my kindness skills!

"Oᴋᴀʏ. Tʜᴇ ᴅɪ-ɪɴɴɪɴɢ ʜᴀʟʟ ɪs ᴀᴄᴛᴜ-ᴜᴀʟ ᴋɪɴᴅᴀ ᴄʟᴏsᴇ ᴛᴏ ᴍʏ ᴄᴀʙɪɴ. Yᴏᴜ ᴡᴀʟᴋ ᴅᴏ-ᴏᴡɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴘᴀᴛʜᴡᴀʏ- ɢᴏ ᴛʜʀᴏᴜɢʜ ᴛ-ᴛʜᴇ ᴅᴏᴜʙʟᴇ ᴅᴏᴏʀs- ᴛᴀᴋᴇ ᴀ ʟᴇғᴛ- ᴀɴᴅ ʏᴏᴜ'ʀᴇ ᴛʜᴇʀᴇ." Toby jerks his head slightly each time he gives me directions.

I give Toby the best pleading look I could muster. I'm scared of being left alone in such a place. Its entirety is simply too big for me to map out just yet. If I'm lucky, they'll find my bones before they rot after I go missing.

"I- ᴜʜ- I ɢᴜᴇss I'ʟʟ ᴡᴀʟᴋ ʏᴏᴜ ᴅᴏᴡɴ ᴛʜᴇʀᴇ. Oɴʟʏ ᴛʜᴇ ғɪʀsᴛ ᴛɪᴍᴇ ᴛʜᴏᴜɢʜ. Sᴏ, ᴘ-ᴘᴀʏ ᴄʟᴏsᴇ ᴀᴛᴛᴇɴᴛɪᴏɴ." Toby looks at me, his eyes looking annoyed and tired.

I look on as Toby 'leads the way'. I feel safe enough to count on him to lead me to the right spot.

The main 'house' was quite large. If I had to guess- I'd say MR. probably owns about 4,000 acres of land. The main house itself takes up about 1,000 of said acres.

Just as Toby said, once we took a left we we were greeted by a huge dark oak door.

"G-ɢᴏᴏᴅ ʟᴜᴄᴋ ᴏɴ ʏ-ʏᴏᴜʀ ғɪʀsᴛ ᴅᴀʏ! Iғ ᴀɴʏᴛʜɪɴɢ ɢ-ɢᴏᴇs ᴡʀᴏɴɢ- ᴊᴜsᴛ ᴄᴀʟʟ ᴍᴇ." Toby sounds sarcastic for a second before letting his voice get serious.

Toby hands me a nifty 'walkie-talkie'. It was orange with black borders and had a little sticker on it that said '#2'.

I shove the device in my jacket pocket, give Tᴏʙʏ a quick hug, and walk into the Hall.

"Uʜʜʜ, ʜᴇ ʜᴇ, ʏᴏᴜ'ʀᴇ ᴠ-ᴠᴇʀʏ ᴀғғᴇᴄᴛɪᴏɴᴀᴛᴇ- s-sᴇᴇ ʏᴀ." Toby chuckles awkwardly and looks away from me. He finally leaves me alone and goes somewhere that isn't the direction of the house.

I wonder if he has a job here too.

Surprisingly, the exterior didn't match the interior. The dining hall was a huge mess! Stains where there shouldn't be stains, tiles here and there, and even the other exit doors were awful!
