"What are the updates?" A very unfamiliar voice spoke.

"Sir, the woman agreed to give her—"

"About Pallavi, Mr. Sanghvi." He gritted his teeth in annoyance.

"Oh! She is still in Delhi."

"Still living with her best friend?"

"No! She is living in her brother's mansion with her best friend and nephew."

"Why the fuck is she not coming back? Is she going to stay there forever?"

"Most probably."

"What do you mean?"

"Do you know how Pallavi and Aadhya met?"

"No. And, I am not even interested. Just tell me, when is she coming back?"

"She might just stay in Delhi."

"Why would she? Her parents are here, her job is here and most importantly, I am here."

Mr. Ajay Sanghvi sighed,"Okay! Let's face the truth now. You and I both know that she doesn't give a fuck about you."

Rachit glared at his sometimes useful Personal Assistant.

"Shut the fuck up before I fire you."

"You know you can't fire me. You can't even live without me." Ajay smirked.

"Get lost before I strangle you." He gave Ajay an angry stare before getting back to his laptop.

"I have got a good news for you."

"What news?" He frowned without looking at his useless Personal Assistant.

"I packed your bags. You can go to Delhi if you want to."

"How dare you go through my closet?"

"I didn't. One of the maids in your mansion did."

" Same thing." His frown deepened as he said the next words which were threatening to spill out since the moment Ajay confessed that he had packed his bags,"What will I even do in Delhi?"

Ajay's eyes expressed the disbelief he felt at his boss."Don't you want her back? She won't come to you on her own. You have to go and win her back."

"Yeah, but—"

"Why are you so hesitant? I thought you loved her?"

"I still do." He clenched his fists.

"Well. If you want to go, then the jet will be prepared before 7." With that, Ajay left the office without waiting for his employer's response.

Rachit sat on his swivel chair and raked his hands through his hair multiple times before he took his phone out from his pocket in frustration.

He opened his Gallery and started looking through the photos of the woman who had managed to capture his heart.

After surfing through a lot of photos, he stopped at his most favourite one.

He had secretly taken a picture of Pallavi when she was talking to an attorney about a high-profile case.

She looked enthralling when she was serious.

Her wavy, brown hair were flying around in every direction because of the momentum of the wind.
