He had not intended for her to overhear his meaningless conversation.
'Shit! What do I do now? I can't tell her about Ashi. And, I can't stay quiet knowing that my wife thinks I cheated on her. Goodness! My life is so fucked up.' He raked his hand through his wet hair and groaned in frustration.
After he had calmed down enough to work, he stepped out and wore his attire.
He sprayed some cologne and made his way towards his son's room.
"Uncle?" Aayansh voiced out as he saw Arhaan outside of his room.
"Hey! What are you doing?"
"Homework."
"Let me know if you need any help, okay?"
"Uh-actually, I was waiting for mumma to come back so that I can clear my doubt. But, now that you are here, can you tell me how to solve this?"
"Sure."
Arhaan spent a few minutes trying to help Aayansh solve a few sums. Aayansh was saying something, when Aadhya entered the room with a plate in her hand.
