On the near end of the kingdom, there resides a largely built complex guarded by Dark Knights. It is called The Prison of Midgar, home to criminals of The Midgar Kingdom, made to keep in any convicts within their walls.
Many people are imprisoned here, bandits, murderers, spies, rapists, assassins, and even terrorists.
Speaking of terrorists, Lutheran Barnett can be seen being walked back to his cell by two Dark Knights. He was just on trial for the solved murder of Sherry's mother and the planned terrorist attack on the Midgar Royal Spellsword Academy.
As punishment for his crimes, he was sentenced to be put to death by hanging. His execution was scheduled to take place 2 weeks from today.
DK1: Get back in your cell, inmate.
Lutheran quietly walked back into his cell as they closed and locked the cell door behind him.
DK1: Enjoy your final 2 weeks alive.
DK2: Heh, maybe if you're lucky, that illness of yours will kill you before you have to go up to the rope.
Lutheran sat down and remained silent as the guards left his cell. Now he was alone with his thoughts.
Lutheran's Thoughts: (How...how did this happen to me...? Damn it! Damn it all!)
