Reese and I were currently walking on rocks, Reese stumbling a bit, almost losing her balance.
"Come on!" I called out from in front of Reese as I hopped rock to rock.
"I'm coming!" Reese responded.
I finally hopped off the rocks into a little pathway, leading to sand and the water.
Reese hopped off behind me and walked next to me.
I peeled off my hoodie and threw it down on the sand, along with my tote bag.
Reese pulled off her shorts and threw them next to my things as we both charged towards the water.
It wasn't super warm in California but that didn't stop us from going to the beach.
Reese splashed me with the water, my face turned from a smile into a serious expression.
Reese's eyes widened as she backed up slowly. I swam towards Reese, grabbing her head and dunking her under the water.
She came up, gasping for air.
"Okay, all I did was splash a little bit of water on you!" Reese defended.
