CHAPTER TWENTY-FOUR

Niall's POV

I was shaken awake by my father. I rolled over and looked at my alarm clock: 12:45. Shoot! I gotta get ready!

"I got you some new clothes. Here, take them." He handed me a bag full of clothes. I emptied the bag and stared at the clothes. There were about five pairs of tiny short-shorts, a pair of capris, and some shirts.

"...Thanks," I mumbled.

"Your welcome... Sweetheart," my dad sneered. He left the room.

I groaned and got up. I took a shower, brushed my teeth, made my hair look somewhat girly, even though it's super short, and tried on some of the clothes. I decided to wear the pair of dark denim capris and a white lacy shirt.

I hope Austin likes this, because I have absolutely no idea what girls wear these days. I don't pay much attention to girls.

I did my makeup (yipee.) and slipped into my new shoes, Keds.

I got my phone out of my butt pocket

(A/N: Niall's dad got him a new white iPhone) and looked at the time: 1:30. Crap.

"Dad! I need to go the bar again!" I yelled.

"...Why?"

"I'm meeting someone there at two!"

"Oh well we better get going sweetheart!" He said.

I mentally rolled my eyes.

Dad drove me to the bar and I jumped out.

"Have fun pumpkin." My dad winked.

"Bye." I closed the car door and sat down on the bench outside, waiting for Austin.

"Oh Natalie..." A sing-song voice called my name. Austin.

I jumped up.

"Hello beautiful." Austin kissed my hand.

"Hey handsome." I laughed.

"I have a surprise for you! Oh and nice outfit by the way."

I mentally fist pumped. I did it right! "Thank you! What's the surprise?"

"That you'll just have to see!" Austin whispered in my ear.

I giggled.

Austin grabbed my hand and we started walking. Austin had big hands, like Zayn-Nope. Austin day. Not a Zayn day. Austin had wide shoulders and a nice body, not too skinny.

Ten minutes later, we arrived at the beach.

"The beach?!" I screamed excitedly. I scanned the beach with my eyes and saw a little set-up in the center. Austin chuckled. I slipped off my shoes and ran to the little picnic. There was a guitar, some chairs, towels, and food. I jumped up and down.

"Omg this is awesome!" I squealed. I plopped down on the picnic blanket and pulled Austin down next to me. We ate our food and talked. After that, Austin told me to relax in one of the chairs. I did. After a minute, Austin began to strum on his guitar. He sings?

(A/N: Listen to the song Don't Ya by Brett Eldredge!)

"Girl you cut those jeans just right

I know you didn't buy 'em like that

So baby don't even try that

You dance, Oh you move, yeah

Like there ain't nobody watchin'

But girl you know I'm watchin'

Don't lie, you've got it all figured out

That smile has got me spinnin' around

Don't even try actin' like it ain't no thing

Cause I can see you move a little closer, closer

Girl I gotta get to get to know ya, know ya

Everything about ya makes me want ya, want ya

Know what you're doin baby don't ya, don't ya

You've been lookin' over here all night

And When I look, you look away

Oh I love the little games you play

I bet you didn't mean to brush my hand when you walked by me

Like you didn't mean to drive me crazy

Don't lie, you've got it all figured out

That smile, has got me spinnin' around

Don't even try actin' like it ain't no thing

Cause I can see you move a little closer, closer

Girl I gotta get to get to know ya, know ya

Everything about ya makes me want ya, want ya

Know what you're doin baby don't ya, don't ya

Wanna get outta here and let me show ya

How good it would feel to hold ya

Put your pretty little head on my shoulder

Oh yeah

Don't lie, you've got it all figured out

That smile got me spinnin' around

Don't even try actin' like it ain't no thing

No don't lie, you've got it all figured out

Girl that smile has got me spinnin' around

Don't even try actin' like it ain't no thing."

He sets down his guitar and motions for me to come closer with his pointer finger. "Cause I can see you move a little closer, closer."

He pointed to his head. "Girl I gotta get to get to know ya, know ya."

He grabs my hand. "Everything about ya makes me want ya, want ya

Know what you're doin baby don't ya, don't ya."

I jumped on Austin and hugged him.

"That was... Amazing."

"Thanks beautiful." I blushed and sat back. Austin made me feel loved again. I stared at my hands. Did he like me? "Natalie? Are you okay?" He lifted up my chin and looked into my eyes. I nodded. His hands moved to my cheeks and I leaned into his touch. Austin took my hand and stood up. I stood up too.

"Lets do something."

I nodded in agreement. Austin released my hand. "Wait here."

I stood still. Austin ran away from me then turned towards me. He motioned for me crouch down. I giggled and got down. Austin sprinted towards me.

'He's just going to jump over me.' I thought. But no, When he got about 20 feet away from me, he did a roundoff, then a back handspring over me. He landed on his feet. How he even did a roundoff, I don't know! I stood up and ran towards him and hugged him.

"Oh my god that was awesome!" I squealed. He laughed and said,

"Your turn." My mouth fell open.

"I can't even do a cartwheel!"

"Time to learn!" He laughed.

Oh god.
