The Chuunin Exams- Phase One

Hi! It's me. Just wanna say that I don't own SQUAT about Naruto. Except maybe a few plushies. Anyway, all credit goes to Masashi Kishimoto. Did I spell that right? I don't think I did. Maybe, maybe not. Does it matter? Who actually reads this stuff, anyway? HI, WHOEVER READS THIS STUFF!!!!

Onwards, to the storyyy!!!!

Forgot to mention that Zaza and Hakkun got accepted into the village, when she wasn't around, her team begged like never before. Was planning on them staying out of it and sticking to the original stiry, but then where's the fun in that? Plus, they have bunches of placed to randomly pop up in. Like the Exam Site for example... *insert evil chuckle here* XD

Days passed and my team was staying over at my place more often. We trained like crazy for hours, and we were definitely going to be ready for the Chuunin Exams no matter what. We had even gotten Lucifer to help us out with taijutsu, as he didn't have any chakra, but had his weird magic stuff goin' on. It was a day before the Exams, and we had been training all day. Kago and I had mastered a few Inuzuka clan jutsus, thanks to Kiba. 

Flopping down on the floor of the training room, everyone was tired. Sasuke just had a match with Naruto, resulting in an argument in the end, but we managed to get them to actually fight. Sasuke, as much as he hated to admit it, had found a pretty tough opponent in Naruto, his willpower was a force to be reckoned with, and the only one who could keep up with it was Sasuke, who was always ready for a spar. Every now and then, Kakashi had a match with Lucifer, making a few holes in my walls, and Akira either watched on, or brought his team over to train as well.

Sakura braced against the wall, panting after our spar. Leaning against her shoulder, I fist pumped the air. 

"The people at the Exams are gonna get it!" I said, making the others laugh. Kakashi wasn't here with us, he said something about 'having to be there before us'. Not that we knew where he was talking about. Lucifer picked me up bridal style and carried me into the living room, laying me down in the couch, as the others trailed in after him. 

"I can walk myself." I weakly protested. Honestly, I knew I couldn't; I was way too tired to do anything. He smirked at me, and walked into the kitchen, coming back with a few glasses of water suspended in mid air. They floated over to everyone in the room, and they gulped the water down gratefully. After I finished with mine, looking up at the clock that said 6:00, I jumped up, a little too fast, and staggered slightly, before regaining my balance. 

"I'm as tired as a mofo. Either I sleep for twelve hours, or I watch TV for four hours." I said. They smiled - the Uchiha smirked- and nodded, following me to the TV room. We took our usual spots everywhere around the room, some on the couch, some in front of the couch, some lying under the coffee table; like I said, everywhere. Turning the TV on, I flicked through the channels, ignoring Sakura's protests of watching The Notebook and stopped as The Avengers showed up.

It was around 8:00 when we had finished and trudged up the stairs to our rooms. They had been moved around a bit, as Naruto had seemed to sleep better with me, so now Sakura's room was one one side of my room, while Sasuke's was on the other, while Akira's and Kakashi's were across the hall from us. Lucifer did his magic stuff to get the rooms the way the owners wanted it, and everyone was happy. Saying our goodnights, we all went to bed, tired as hell.

------THE NEXT DAY!-------

"No." I growled, rolling over. 

"But Kuroi-chan, today's the day of the Chuunin Exams!" Naruto protested. I glared at him, and he shrunk back, falling backwards off the bed with a loud 'thump' Sakura and Sasuke came into the room and sweatdropped at the sight before them; me rolled up in my blankets and Naruto upside down on the floor, clutching his head.
