you hear him talking about you (liam)

liam had all the boys over to swim. you went upstairs to change into you're swim suit.

when you where finished you made you're way to the kitchen. when you got to the kitchen door you heard Liam and the boys talking about you. you didn't want to listen in on there conversation but you where really  curious. you leaned against the wall and got you're phone out to pretend like you where just chilling out if you got caught. you pressed your ear up against the wall so you could hear better.

" so how are things going with you and y/n" zayn asked

"  okay I guess" liam replied

" what do you mean okay you already bought her the engament ring and she has that promise ring" harry chimed in

" I know its just that im starting to reconsider things now she's been acting WAY different she always wants to go hang out with friends and never wants to really do anything just us two" liam replied

" so you mean you might like break up with her or wait a little longer to give her the ring" Louis asked 

" maybe both" liam replied

you're heart started to pound and you felt your stomach knot up. you turned around and clinched you're fists in anger

" how could he say he might break up with me things are fine between us" you said to yourself

you then decided that if you stayed at you're friends house he might reconsider things. you where way to embarrassed to see any of the boys after the conversation they just had with  liam

you ran up the stairs and packed a bag . only enough stuff for 3 or 4 days you shoved it into a small bag. you changed out of youre swim suit and whent back down satires

you where almost to the door when liam and the boys saw you

" where are you going" liam asked raising an eye brow

" uh" you had to think of something fast " im gonna go get some soda"

" theres a lot in the fridge" liam said

" yeah but I want a different kind" you said moving towards the door

" uh.... okay see you later" liam replied

you didn't say any thing all you did was leave

" did she seem a little weird to you" I asked the boys

" not weird she seemed mad" Louis said

" yeah she seemed really pissed" zayn chimed in

" why did she take that bag with her any way" niall asked chomping down on the sandwich in his hand

I shrugged my shoulders " I don't know I will ask her whats up when she gets back "

" yeah lets go swim" Louis shouted then ran to the pool

we all got caught up in swimming when niall asked where y/n was and why she wasn't back yet

I checked my phone and she had been gone for about 3 hours no texts or calls

" mate maybe you should call her or something" zayn suggested

I nodded and dialed her number but she didn't answer

" do you think she's okay" niall asked

I shrugged " I hope so"    

I sat down on a pool chair for a while and waited for a call from her about 20 minutes  later I got a text for y/n

(y/n)

we are done

I sucked in my breath and sat there staring at it

" liam every thing okay" Louis asked

" it was y/n" I said still looking at the phone

" what did she say" he asked

I looked up and all the boys where staring at me

" she said were done" I replied trying to keep my voice from cracking

" ask her what that means" zayn said

i sent the text and we all waited for a reply

we all held are breath when she answer i read them the text

oh i don't know how things mare going so i might break up with you or i might not and i will just wait a little bit to get engaged to you

" how come that sounds so  familiar" niall asked

" because that basically sums up what we where saying in the kitchen" harry replied
