Amar's POV

"Harry and Louis should be back by now," I said, fidgeting with my necklace as I paced.

"Calm down, child," Charlie soothed. "We haven't heard any news of a hospital blown up, so they're probably all right."

I nodded, reassured a tiny bit, but I was still pacing.

"How is she?" Zayn asked.

"She is fine. The doctors extracted the drugs from her system. All we can do is wait for her to wake up." Charlie answered.

Everyone was worried. Either for Harry and Louis or Waliyha both.

"I knew we shouldn't have let Louis stay." I shook my head.

"He wanted to stay, Amar. We couldn't do anything about it." Niall argued.

I was prepared to argue back, but my phone started ringing. I snatched it from its place on the table and smiled when I saw it was Harry.

"Are you guys okay?" I immediately asked.

We're fine. We are on our way back, don't worry. Can you pass the phone to Charlie?

I furrowed my eyebrows. "Uh, yeah." I gave my phone to Charlie and stared at him as he talked to Harry.

"Hello?" Charlie greeted.

"Yes...in a few hours if not by morning...that only means..." Charlie paused, not wanting to say what he was thinking. "What are you going to do?" He was quiet until his shoulders sagged. "I don't think that's wise, Harry." He shook his head, frustrated. "I can't change your mind?" It was quiet before Charlie sighed. "Fine."

He then passed me back my phone.

We'll be there in a few minutes. We stopped for gas.

I nodded. "Get here safely."

I will.

The line went dead, and I pocketed my phone. I turned to Charlie. "What did he tell you?"

Charlie shook his head. "It's nothing. Everything is fine."

I could tell Charlie wasn't telling me the whole truth, but I didn't push it. I'll ask Harry myself.

*My head snapped towards the door when it opened. Harry and Louis walked through it. I exhaled in relief and ran towards them, hugging them.

"I'm glad you're safe."

I felt both of them wrap a single arm around me.

"How is she?" Harry asked, but not directed at me.

"She's fine," Zayn answered. "The drugs are out of her system, but she needs to rest."

Harry nodded and let go of me, as Louis did. Harry walked and sat on the chair across from the sofa, a distant look in his eyes as he stared at Waliyha.

Zayn places a hand on his shoulder. "Hey, don't blame yourself. It wasn't your fault."

Harry nodded, but it was clear it didn't reassure him.

Louis' POV

"She'll be up by morning," Charlie said, setting his glass down.

"She can rest in the med bay," Harry stated.

"Med Bay?" I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Well, it's a bedroom, but I made it into a med bay for whenever I, or any of you, got...injured."
