Toby's POV

"Toby time to get up, your first day at Hollywood Arts is today." My sister Tori patted my arm. I sat up and stretched my arms over my head and looked at Tori.

"Ugh what time is it?" I said in a groggy voice.

"It's six forty five. Breakfast is downstairs so come and get it."

She was about to walk off until I grabbed her hand and pulled her back.

"Wait, who made it?" I said with one eyebrow raised.

"I did silly, does it matter who made it?" She smiled.

"Yes it does! I'm glad you did instead of Trina, she can't cook. I chuckled.

Tori laughed and ruffled my hair then walked out of my room with me behind her.

After I ate my breakfast I dashed back up to my room and took a shower, brushed my teeth and hair, then I put on my outfit witch was a blue shirt, black jean shorts, blue sneakers and a sports hat. I also had on a watch, I grabbed my backpack and went downstairs to see Tori with her phone out waiting to take my picture.

"Happy first day of high school!" She said then took my picture.

"Great, and thanks for breakfast Tori, it was really good." I said.

"No problem little bro." She smiled.

"Wait, Tori made you breakfast?" My other sister Trina asked.

"Yeah and?" I raised an eyebrow.

"I could've made you breakfast." She said.

Me and Tori looked at each other and burst with laughter.

"What's so funny?" Trina asked.

"The last time you cooked me breakfast my eggs were still raw and the pancakes were burned." I laughed some more.

"Whatever." She rolled her eyes and went upstairs.

I looked at my watch and it was seven thirty.

"We better get going, Trina come on let's go!" Tori yelled upstairs to Trina.

"Coming!" She said while walking down the stairs in her talk heels.

"Do you really have to wear those?" I arched my eyebrow.

"Uh yeah I do, now let's go."

Me and Tori exchanged looks and we all walked out of the door.

***

We arrived at the school, when we walked through the doors I was pretty amazed by it. It was my first time seeing the interior of the school.

"So, what do you think?" Tori asked me while bitting her bottom lip.

"It's awesome." I said looking around.

A few seconds later a light skinned man approached us and started to greet us.

"Hey Tori, hey Trina." He greeted my sisters.

"Hey Lane." Tori said.

"So I see we have a new student." He looked at me. "What's your name?" He asked me.

"My name is Toby Vega." I shook his hand.

"Oh so he's your brother?"

"Yeah."

"Okay so what's your talent kid?"

I looked a little confused at what he said.

"Uh talent?" I said.

"Yeah, you need a talent in order to be in this school." He said.

I looked over at Tori with a worried look on my face, what is my talent? Do I even have one? But then I just remembered that I know how to cook a little.

"Uh I guess cooking, I don't know." I said nervously.

"Cooking hmm? That's not bad, is there anything else?"

I scratched the back of my neck nervously, I didn't really have an actual talent.

"Ah don't worry about it, welcome to Hollywood Arts!" He gracefully shook my hand.

"Thanks sir." I replied.

"Okay so you will be having Math class in a few minutes so you better hurry, and also lunch will be at twelve noon." He explained.

"Alright thanks, see ya guys." I waved at my sisters.

"Good luck Toby!" They both said as I walked off.

That's the first chapter of this book, I hope you like it so far.
