Once the blind fold came off it was like my eyes could finally breathe once again. Waiting for my vision to focus to the sunlight, I felt the wind brush against my body. When my eyes finally came to focus, I saw Shane looking at me with one of his cheesy grins. Behind him was a dirt trail with tall green trees.

"Where are we?" I looked around behind him.

"Turn around." His cheesy grin taking over his face.

I ignored it and turned around. And suddenly I didn't care about his cheesy grins, the fact we were in the middle of no where or the whole being blindfolded part because being here and witnessing this totally made up for it. We were standing in front of what lookied like about a 30 feet tall waterfall. The water cascaded between the rocks that had grown vines and other forms of green life on itself, the water fell into a large lake that I just wanted to throw myself into.

"You like?" Shane said observing my childish like grin, which I didn't care because the view was amazing.

"Love." I said my voice still caught with amazement. I was so fascinated by the view, I didn't want to take my eyes off of it. "Where are we?" I took my eyes off of the view and glanced at Shane.

"This is Manoa falls." He smiled. "A secret waterfall location, that  no one knows where it is. And it's very hard to find." He said turning in circles. Was he trying to impress the fact he figured out the secret? Well it was working.

"How?" The one word escaped my lips as I went back to enjoying the view.

"Stumbled across it. When I wanted to get away." He said. He picked up a big thick blanket and laid it across the grass next to the big boulders.

"What are we doing?" I asked taking a seat onto the blanket while he pulled a basket close to him.

"Picnic." He smiled holding up the picnic blanket. He set it down in between us and opened it. He took out various containers that consisted different kinds of food.

"We're going to spend the whole day here?" I asked with excitement.

"I know you want to." He said making me smile. "But no." He muttered. My smile turned to a frown fairly quickly. "I'm taking you to dinner, then I have another surprise for you." He said.

"Better be worth it." I threw him a death stare.

"Trust me, it will be." He smiled confidently.

After we had our lunch, Shane and I exchanged a few laughs and now were just relaxing. We were sitting on the boulders the was placed on the edge of the lake.
