My phone vibrated at about 5:45 in the morning. I quickly woke up and turned off my phone. I looked towards the windows and I assumed it was dark since no light shined through. I noticed that Sarah was still sound asleep, so I quietly got off the bed and fixed the bed nicely. I quietly grabbed my bags and headed out the front door.

And Yes I was sneaking out. I had decided to tell the family that I was leaving at noon when really my flight was at 7:30am. I didn't want to say what time my flight was because I didn't want to say goodbye. I'm not good with goodbyes.

I opened the front door and quietly stepped out. I can't believe I was this quiet. Especially since I'm lugging heavy bags. Once I closed the front door I turned to reach my cellphone in my bag and when I looked up, I spotted something I didn't expect to see.

Jordan's truck.

I thought maybe it broke down last night and the kids had called smeone to get them, but when I looked away I saw the truck moving. Slowly I walked towards the passenger seat and saw Jordi asleep in the driver's seat. What the? I knocked on the window until Jordi shot up from his seat startled.I looked at him with a dazed expression and that was when he unlocked the car.

I opened the car and asked, "What are you doing here?"

"Get in." He whispered. So doing what I was told I got in. "I knew your flight wasn't in the afternoon." He stated. "So I decided to come here super early and wait for you. Cause I figured your flight would be early morning." He finished.

"How'd you know?" I asked crossing my arms as the thought of him invading my personal space came to mind.

"You looked so anxious when you said the time of your flight." He narrowed his eyes. "So I knew something was up." He added smirking. So that's why he kept watching me.

"That doesn't explain why you're here." I retorted.

"I was getting there." He defended. I raised my eyebrows waiting for his explanation. "I feel like a jerk for what happened last night." He explained. "Well, yesterday in general." He said sincerely.

"You really hurt my feeling y'know." I was reminded of the words he said. I was mainly hurt because Iknew he was true.

"Shit." He muttered under his breath.

"Why'd you say those things?" I said looking at his eyes starting to fill with guilt.

"Because." He sighed. "Shane is my best friend and I hate to see him when he's upset, especially when I knew he was too scared to do anything." He paused.Shane scared? Since when? "So I thought maybe I can convince you into forgiving him. But I think I may have pushed it too far." He admitted blushing with embarrsassment which I thought was pretty sweet of him.

"You're a good friend to Shane for trying." I smiled. "But you need to respect my decision with Shane." I said. "And like I told Taylor. I want nothing to do with him." I said with a frown, recalling the conversation with Taylor.

"Okay." He said. "But what about Shane's feelings towards you?" Jordi asked. "You don't actually think he doesn't like you." He added.

"If Shane had any feelings for me, which I'm starting to doubt. Then he should've done something. Even if he's scared." I stated. (Either that's what should've happened or I wished could happen.) "I'm leaving today and he hasn't yet had a decent conversation with me about anything that's happened." I sighed. "Wait, that reminds me. I gotta go." I said turning towards the door and reaching for the handle.
