As much as I wanted to stay hidden from him forever, I couldn't. I slowly opened and gored out of the car.

"Just call me after." Ava called out as she walked passed me too get to her house.

"I will." I whispered squinting my eyes because I didn't want to talk to him.

I slowly made my way towards the front steps. He watched me walk closet and about three feet away from him, he smirked. "I'm probably the last person you want to see right now." He stated calmly.

"Oh trust me. You are." I threw him a death stare.

"Glad to see you haven't changed." He smiled innocently.

"Oh save me the innocence." I rolled my eyes at his comment that still managed to make me blush. "Ryan, what are you doing here?" I said, demanding for an answer.

He looked at me genuinely and signed nervously, "I know you saw the video." He stated. "I want to explain." He added.

"There's nothing to say." I said quickly trying to walk pass him clearly showing that I  was avoiding the topic.

"Well there is." He grabbed my waist and spun me around so I'd hit his chest.

I looked up into his eyes and then pulled away quickly. "Then say it." I stated stepping away from him.

"It's all true." He stated. "The whole me, never stopped liking you." He added.

"But we broke up months ago." I countered, "And besides you were with Heather." I finished.

"And while I was with Heather, I never stopped thinking about you." He admitted his cheeks  tinted pink at the end of his sentence.

"But you cheated on me with her." I choked remembering how much pain he put me through.

"It was one mistake." He defended.

"You don't know how much pain you caused me." I said my eyes starting to tear up.

"Can I explain?" He asked quietly waiting for a response. I nodded. "That night you saw me with Heather, I was drunk and you know how dumb I get when I'm drunk. I went after you, but you wouldn't let me explain, so I let you go that night." He paused looking at me. He was seeing how interested I was in this conversation. "The next day, I wanted to fix things, but you didn't want to hear me out. You told me to go with Taylor because it was with who I belonged." He added.
