Hearing her name being called softly, Kiana's eyes slowly fluttered open, only for her to blink several times to find herself somewhere unfamiliar.

She was in bed, wrapped in silk sheets, in a large room and at the very end of the bed was Cassie.

Watching Cassie round the bed, perching herself onto the edge of it, as Kiana shuffled around and sat up against the headboard and asked, "Where am I?"

"Wow that car drive really did take it out of you, didn't it? Luca wasn't lying" Cassie smiled warmly as she watched Kiana make room for her in the bed

Getting under the covers with her, Cassie continued, "Well Ki, after everything with the police, Luca drove you to his safe house. That's where we are right now, but he also needed to sort somethings out - he wouldn't go into depth, but regardless he didn't want to leave you alone, so he came to ours and asked me and Tom to keep you company whilst he was out. We got here about an hour ago and as far as I know you've been asleep since you got here"

Looking around the unfamiliar room, Kiana questioned one thing about Cassie's story, "So where's Tom?"

"He's watching TV in the living room right now, I just came in here because I wanted to check in on you"

And the funny thing was, despite how crazy everything was and the bestfriends were acting like it was all normal, all Kiana could say was, "Thank you Cas" because she was still there for her through everything

"Oh and I brought you dinner" she offered with a bowl full of pasta ready made, "i got bored and made you something to eat since I didn't know when you would've eaten last"

"You're so good to me" Kiana said in awe because only now did she realise that the last time she had eaten was at the restaurant because she never did get to eat breakfast at Luca's

Holding the bowl in one hand and a fork in the other, Cassie held up a forkful of pasta to Kiana's lips, waiting for her to open her mouth

With no objections, Kiana opened her mouth and ate the pasta which was nice, since that was one of the only dishes Cassie could cook

Tasting a twang of something unfamiliar in the pasta, Kiana paused for a moment, chewing slowly as she hummed in approval of whatever this new flavour was

"You like?" Cassie asked as Kiana nodded her head vigorously 'yes' wanting to know what different thing she'd put into it

"There was this homemade sauce in the fridge that was quite literally labelled 'Luca's pasta sauce' so I assume that your man makes his own pasta sauce and it's definitely better than mine"

"Mhmm, it's so good, Cas" Kiana moaned breathlessly as she opened her mouth for another bite

"Fuck, Ki don't do that" Cassie groaned as she took a sharp inhale

"Don't do what? I'm literally just eating" Kiana defended herself

Dropping the fork from her hand and into the bowl with a loud clatter, Cassie bluntly stated, "Moan" as she frowned, putting the bowl onto the bedside table, "Ki you know what that does to me"

"Cassie you can't be serious" Kiana laughed at her because she wasn't that bad, it was a small moan that slipped out.

There was no way Cassie could be turned on by her that easily, right?

"I'm dead serious. What, you don't believe me?"

Knowing she was falling into a trap right now, Kiana did nothing to stop herself as she said, "No. I don't believe you"

Biting her lip as she couldn't help herself, Cassie gently grabbed Kiana's wrist, pulling it towards her jogging bottoms, slipping it under the waistband as she never took her eyes off of Kiana's
