male Brit: my poor heart can't take this

My phone blew up beeping loudly in the background Matt's phone joining in the beeping I tore myself away from Matt removing my arms from around his neck to grab my phone "who is it Remy bear?" Matt questioned looking at my phone screen upside down
"Its the group chat" I groaned out as I saw what they were all saying typing out a response to the nosy buggers
Group chat
female Brit: who told you guys?
team wildcats: David sent a picture to Arthur who then sent it to the group chat
female Brit: hang on David...what ok you know what never mind
I chucked my phone onto the bed ignoring the noises it was making and turned back to Matt smiling "David came in here earlier and we didn't even hear him"
Matt chuckled "because I was too busy enjoying kissing you"
"I am a pretty good kisser" Matt laughed at me, head thrown back full on laughter
Matt finally finished laughing hands removing themselves from around my waist to wipe away the few tears of laughter that were falling down his face
"I don't understand you I'm not that funny" I told him frowning
"Don't worry Remy bear. Come on we might as well go and join David" I nodded my head at him and started moving climbing off the bed and making my way over to Matt's suitcase stealing a jumper before going to my wardrobe and grabbing a pair of black leggings and undergarments.
"Hey that's my sweater!" Matt exclaimed trying to be mad at me however the smile on his face gave him away
"You're the one leaving me today" I snorted out reminding him of the fact that this was his last day in Portland
"Keep it you look good in my clothes" I blushed at the tender look on his face pulling the sleeves over my hands and making jumper paws, looking down at the ground shyly
Taking a deep breath I decided to be bold and walked over to where he was stood and grabbed his wrists "if we're giving each other stuff here" I pulled a few of the colourful rubber bands off my wrists transferring them onto his "now you have a part of me" he smiled looking down at his wrists where the colourful rubber bands stood out against his tanned skin to look at me
"Come on you" he grabbed my hand lacing our fingers together dragging me out of my room and down the stairs to join David in the kitchen
"Morning David" I chirped as me and Matt entered the kitchen
"Hey lovebirds" David smirked from above his mug of coffee leaning up against the kitchen sink. I chose to ignore his comment and instead focused on the task of making tea
"Tea?" I asked Matt as I grabbed the mugs from the cupboards
"I'd love a cup" I smiled at his comment grabbing him a mug and placing it on the counter next to mine adding a teabag. I turned the kettle on and waited for the water to boil so I could continue the tea making process
"So domesticated" David commented making me turn round to notice that Matt was making the toast to go along with the tea
"You're just jealous"
David snorted "me and Bitsie would be just as domesticated if she lived with us"
"Well then why doesn't she just move in with us?"
"Maybe I'll ask her" he walked out the kitchen phone in hand
I smirked as I watched him leave the room before my mouth dropped open in realisation
"Is he actually?" I trailed off
"I think he's asking Bitsie to move in with you two"
"I was joking I didn't think he'd actually ask her"
Matt smirked shaking his head me while he continued to butter the toast "what do you want?"
I turned to Matt "marmite would be fabulous" I told him before going back to making the tea
"Where's the marmite"
"Top right hand cupboard" I called back not turning round as I squished the teabag up against the sides of the cup
"Got it" Matt called out after rummaging round in the cupboards for a while
"And voila breakfast is served" I smiled at Matt as I watched him indicate to the plates of toast on the table with a flourish of his arms coming over to join him with the tea placing a blue mug in front of him while I kept the Disney mug for myself.
I smiled enjoying this peaceful moment, a blanket of silence surrounded us as we basked in each others presence. Underneath the table our ankles were hooked together as I remained in physical contact with him for as long as I could since neither of us knew when we would see the other in person next. In this moment it dawned on me how difficult this long distance relationship was going to be, I didn't care though this is the happiest I've been in a long time and I was determined to make this work.
I broke the silence "what time is your flight?"
"I have to leave at 2" I looked at the clock it was nearly 12
"Buffy and cuddles?" I questioned
Matt smiled "Buffy and cuddles"

"Don't leave" I murmured clutching onto Matt's tall frame
"Come on Remy you know I have to go" I shook my head as Matt ran his fingers through my hair trying to sooth me. David stood a few paces back trying to give us privacy as we said our first goodbyes as a couple.
"I promise it won't be long until we see each other next" he buried his face in my hair as I finally stopped pleading with him to stay arms tightening around me.
"Flight 209 to Los Angeles is now boarding"
We pulled back from each other "I guess that's my call to go" Matt spoke leaning down to give me a tender kiss
"Ok I'll see you soon" I whispered against his lips as I slowly moved away from him allowing him to step back and walk away to the boarding gate.
David came up beside me wrapping an arm around my shoulders as we watched Matt board the plane. I shifted slightly as I felt my phone buzz grabbing it
Matty: I miss you already
I chuckled a few tears finally escaping and running down my cheeks as I looked out the window in the direction Matt would be. David looked at the text too smiling "come on you time to go home now." I nodded and followed David walking out the airport.

A/N aww look at them being all couplie (is that a word? I hope its a word otherwise that's a trouble butcher of the English language and I am ashamed of myself). Anyway here's a new chapter it was already done and ready to go so I thought why wait so tada. Next chapter is going to be a text chapter I enjoy those chapters they're always entertaining.
