"Hey Remy can you get that?" David questioned as he shoved another handful of chocolate M&Ms into his mouth his eyes not leaving the screen. I sighed getting up from the sofa removing my legs from where they were positioned underneath me and making my way to the front door, I unlocked the door pulling it open.
"Matt" I breathed out
"Surprise"
I couldn't move my body going into shock as I took in the sight of my ridiculously tall boyfriend standing in the doorway of my house in Portland. I blinked a few times "Remy are you ok?" Matt asked his face a mask of concern
"Yeah what I'm fine I just" a load of words came out of my mouth as I tried to process everything "you're really here?" I questioned
Matt smiled "yes Rem I'm really here" and that was all I needed to hear before I launched myself at him causing him to rock back slightly at the force his arms coming round my back to cradle me to him happy tears falling from my eyes as I clutched onto his shirt
"Oh my goodness you're really here" I laughed hysterically overwhelmed by the turn my day had taken
"Yeah Remy I'm really here" Matt confirmed as he laced his fingers in my hair
David came up to stand behind me leaning against the door frame a proud smirk on his face. I turned to him while still wrapped up in Matt's arms "you sneaky" I accused a happy smile on my face giving away my true feelings "I can't believe this" I tilted my head back standing up slightly on my tip toes to place a kiss on Matt's chin while allowing my head to rest against him a happy smile on both of our faces
"You two are being gross again"
I arched an eyebrow at David's comment "and you and Bitsie aren't?" I questioned causing David to blush and feel embarrassed "yeah that's what I thought"
"Hey Rem can I come in? Portland is slightly colder than Cali" Matt spoke pulling me and David away from our sibling squabbling
"Of course come on you" I removed myself from the circle of Matt's arms and laced our fingers together pushing past David who was still stood in the doorway and pulling Matt into the house continuing our journey upstairs to my room so Matt could dump his stuff in there.
"You know" I spoke up from my corner watching Matt grab things from his bag, Matt turned round still bent over his bag but no longer riffling through it "we already have mugs at each other's places why don't we have draws as well it would make surprising each other easier. Just a thought" I shrugged nonchalantly.
"You know what, that sounds like a great idea. Remy Peterson would you give me the honour of having a draw?"
I grinned at Matt moving over to my dresser and pulling open an already empty draw "I thought you'd never ask"
Matt laughed coming up to me and wrapping his long arms around my small form from behind causing me to giggle and squeal as he spun me around a mischievous glint lighting up his face "someone was confident" he teased me in reference to the empty draw that I had set up for him.
"Only for you"
Matt groaned at my tone "Remy Peterson you are going to be the death of me"

A/N I'm sorry this chapter took so long I have no excuse really apart from laziness but I have been pretty busy come to think about it I went out Wednesday after getting in from college to see Rocky Horror Show at the theatre as its currently touring the UK it was sooo good I want to see it again the live production is even better then the film if that's even possible.
