- Demi's POV

We headed back to the kitchen just in time to see my uncle and cousins waking in. I grabbed Sophie's hand and went to introduce them
"David, Aris, Braeden, this is Sophie Vettra , my girlfriend." When I introduced her for the first time as my girlfriend I couldn't help but smile, "Sophie these are my uncle David and his kids Aris and Braeden." I knew she knows quite well who they're but I didn't want her to look creepy in their eyes only because she already knew who they're
"Wait, it may sound weird, but is your Instagram Soph_Vettra?" Braeden asked. How does he know her Instagram?
"Yes, i think you remembered me then? Nice to talk to you again. Hope you didn't get mad because of what I said." She said and I just got even more confused
"Nah, it's okay. I was just mad and posted something idiot, no worry I didn't got mad at all." He said giving her that silly smile he always wear when he does something wrong
"Can someone please explain to me what is happening her?" I asked impatience
"Oh. It's nothing at all." He said and Sophie raised an eyebrow while looked at him, "Okay, okay! I'll say." He told her, "A guy was pissing me off commenting on my posts calling me things and when I asked him to stop he called me fagot, so I printed what he had said and posted it with a legend saying 'Lovatics attack him' and Sophie comment on my picture that I shouldn't had post this because we can't attack hate with more hate and that you wouldn't like if you saw what I was doing, so I deleted the picture some minutes later." He said looking at me. He's ashamed for what he had done I could say only by look in his eyes, I know Braeden since ever and I can tell he's really ashamed
"It's okay Braeden, at least you deleted it, but Sophie was right. I'm glad you listened her." I said smiling and punching his arm playfully
"Hey guys. How are you?" Dallas said walking with mom and Maddie who went directly to Sophie's side and half hugged her staying that way while we're talking. Everyone hugged and said their hellos. We walked to the movie room, that's kind of a second living room, and Davi, Rob, dad and Max were watching some old game of the Cowboys and the four of them were screaming to the scream saying things like "C'mon Romo you can do better than this!" and "Romo, listen dude, even my grandma can play better than you!" Sophie and I looked to each other and giggled of how they're screaming because of an old game. Davi and Rob stop screaming as they saw us there and went to talk to us
"Davi this is my uncle David and my cousins Aris and Braeden. Guys this is Davi Vettra, Sophie's cousin and my father's new kindergarten best friend." I said joyfully
"Wow, wow, wow! Wait there! Are you Davi Vettra, like Davi Iron-kick Vettra?" Braeden asked amazed
"Yes, this is me." Davi said and we all laughed, "What? What did I say?" Davi asked embarrassed
"Demi sang a song in Camp Rock that's called This Is Me." Madison said giggling and still half hugging Sophie
"Guys, where's Marissa?" Davi asked curious and I saw Maddie's face turn into a serious one
"I think she's still in the kitchen, you should go talk with her." Sophie said half smiling and Davi excused himself to go talk to Marissa. The rest of us went to watch the game on the two enormous couches. Mad was with her head on Sophie's lap while Sophie was playing with Madison's hair and with her back against my chest. For a moment I thought about how it could be if we had a daughter.

- Davi's POV

Sophie told me to go talk with Marissa giving me a half smile, which made me notice something was wrong. I excused myself and went to talk with Marissa in the kitchen. She's on the counter playing with the tip of her hair with one hand and playing with a glass of water with the other hand while looking to the water blankly, she didn't even notice I was there
"Hey is everything okay?" I asked even knowing the answer. She looked at me and back to the water, I didn't have sure, but the look on her face looked like embarrassment
"Why are you still talking to me after what happened?" She asked shyly without look at me
"I asked because Sophie said you're here and that I should come talk with you. I know my cousin, she's worried about you. What happened?" I asked her getting close and sitting by her side
"Really?" She asked surprised, "Is she really that nice that everyone start to love her right after get to know her and that even after what I told about her she still cared about me. Is she for real?" Marissa asked me kinda pissed but at the same time thankful
"Yes, she always care about everyone. Now tell me, what happened?" I said taking her hand in mine and making she look at me
"Is just that we're talking about the pervert Lovatics during the riding back, they're some of Demi's fans that always send us, like her family and friends, tweets about how hot she's and that they wish they could fuck her, so we're talking about them and Demi was super embarrassed so David told her it's not her fault and that they're just kidding and I told that he's wrong because one of them was dating Demi." She said and I released from her hand, how could she make fun of my cousin like this? She doesn't know Sophie and how much she is against the fans who write tweets like these, "I swear I was only joking, I didn't really mean it, but Madison got furious because of what I had told and then she told us that I didn't know anything about Sophie and that I shouldn't of be judging her because her story is just like Demi's and that now they know how I could judge Demi if she's not my friend." She said. I could see she's sorry, but even with that I couldn't help but get mad, she didn't know Sophie and still being best friend of someone who is against prejudgements she judged my baby girl
"Marissa, I don't know what to say, I really don't. You don't know Sophie. She's totally against fans like that, she always tweet how people would respect Demi more and I remember once she got super mad because someone had edited a picture of two giraffes fucking and they had Demi's and Wilmer's heads on them. She could go on Demi's hashtags just to denounce the pictures. And knowing she knows you said this is making me get even more upset, she's my baby girl and I know how much it hurt her to know that you had said this, especially because she's always talking about you and how she's happy Demi had a friend like you by her side and how you should of be just as cool and comprehensive as Demi, I think she's your fan just as she's of Demi." I said disappointed looking in her eyes
"I'm sorry Davi, I really am. I didn't mean to get her hurt. It's only a joke."
"It's only a joke?!" I asked furious, " How can Demi be your friend? Don't you learned anything with Demi? Don't you learned that words can hurt? I'm sorry, but I did think you're different." I said furious, disappointed but most important heart broke, I was developing feelings for her and she got to hurt the person who matter for me the most
"Davi." She said with tears in her eyes. She tried to hold my hand but I released from hers. I walked back to the movie room letting her crying alone in the kitchen

- Sophie's POV

I was cuddling with demi while playing with Maddie's head when Davi came back to the kitchen obviously pissed. I looked at Demi who had noticed him coming back
"Dems, I'm gonna talk with him ok?" I asked her
"Okay, I do think you should." she said kissing my cheek. I looked at Maddie and she had fallen asleep on my lap, I took a pad to put her head on and went to talk to Davi who's leaning on the door side with his arms crossed in front of his chest
"Hey came here." I said passing by him to outside the room and closing the door. "Did you talk to her?" I asked
"What do you think?" He asked annoyed
"Hey bro, chill out. If you're mad it's not my fault and it shouldn't of be hers either. Don't blame here, that only went to the wrong way because Maddie was pissed and got what Marissa said the wrong way." I told him and he relaxed a little
"Okay, but how do you wanna me to not blame her when she hurt you? She hurt my baby girl, the person I care the most. Don't tell me she didn't because I know she did." He said calmer now
"Listen to me. First, yes she hurt me, but I apologized her, you should do the same. Second, I know you're into her, don't let her scape only because she made a mistake, she's human, is not as if she's a bully or a hater. She just made a mistake and she already received the consequences of it, you don't know how much she's close to Maddie, they're like sisters and now, because of it, Madison is refusing to talk with her, even when I asked she refused, she just said she's sorry for how she had screamed with Marissa because I asked her to say this. Just forgive the girl, you're into each other, don't blame her okay?" I said with my hand on his shoulder
"Okay, I'll try. But not now. I've to cool my thoughts." He said giving me a hug and getting into the room. I decided to go talk to Marissa since looked like no one was wanting to talk to her. I went in the kitchen and she's crying quietly with her back to the door
"Hey. Don't cry, everything is going to be okay?" I said calmly with my hand on her shoulder. She looked at me surprised
"How do you know? None of them are really talking to me. When I told Dianna and Dallas what had happened they looked at me disappointed, Dianna is like a mother for me, I never felt so ashamed in front of her. Madison never had scream with me before, she's like my little sister and she's not even talking to me right now, I know she only apologized because you asked her to. Demi said it was okay, but I know her, she's mad with me too. And your cousin he got so pissed, he said so many things, I don't think he's ever going to look at my face again." She said crying. I made her turn on the chair to look at me and I hugged her
"Listen Marissa, I'm not gonna lie to you, you hurt me, you really did, but I apologized you and they're going to too. Don't worry about Davi, he's just an overprotective guy. I got really hurt when I was younger by the paps when my father died, by the kids at school saying I should of had died with them, by myself telling me bad things, cutting, purging and starving myself. Davi become overprotective with me, because for him I just went to Timberline Knows because he had headed to Dallas to his internship, he still thinks if he was there to me he could had looked after me, what I don't think would had worked, I was really good in cover my problems. He only got mad with you because in his head he's afraid I come back to my old habits, which is not gonna happen I can reassure you, I'm happier then ever, I'm with the girl I love, with her family and friends who are all of the, I do mean all, really good to me and my cousin and you guys treat us as family." I told her and I could see a small smile playing on her lips, "Much better girl, I don't wanna you crying because of this anymore. The past is it, past, the present is what it's name say, a gift and the tomorrow no one can foresee. So lets just live this gift and be happy, okay?" I said taking her tears away
"How can you be so nice with me after everything?" She asked
"Because in a way you saved me." I told and she got a confuse look, "If you hadn't stayed by Demi side maybe she wouldn't got able to handle everything and then she could of had died and I wouldn't had had someone to look up to when I was in TK. See? Helping Demi to get better you saved me." I told her and she nodded, " Now lets go to the movie room watch that crazy guys screaming to Romo as if he could listen to them." I said and she giggled.
