"So, what are we going to do?" I asked, resting my hands on my hips. Cora invited me to one of her training sessions with Derek. Because we wouldn't be able to train with an odd number of people, Derek asked Isaac to train with us. "I'll explain what we'll be doing when Isaac shows up."
"I'm the only human among all werewolves. That's not fair!" I grumbled and crossed my arms in front of my chest. "You might be human, but you're very strong compared to the others." Derek said as he tapped my shoulder. I walked over to Cora and pecked her cheek. "Are you sure you want me to join?" I asked, just to make sure she didn't regret it. "Yeah, why not? We haven't spent a lot of time together this week and exercising is always good."
We were doing some warming-up moves when Isaac stumbled into the loft. "I know I'm late and I'm sorry." I was done with my warming-up and sat down on the ground. When Isaac was done changing into his sportswear, Derek split us up. "Isaac, you go with Y/N and I go with Cora." We all agreed on that. "Just so you know, I really don't want to hurt someone this beautiful." Isaac grinned and I giggled, what I always do when I got a compliment. "Aww, is Isaac too scared to hit a girl?" I mocked. He tried to hit me with his fist, but I stopped him. "Come on, is that everything you've got?" I asked as I twisted his arm behind his back. "You're distracting me." He whispered. In the corner of my eye, I could see Cora watching us.
At first, Isaac and I were just fooling around. But then, I knocked Isaac on the ground and pinned him down. I wanted to punch him, but Isaac had his own plan. He flipped me over so he was the one straddling me. I laughed and tried to get out of his grip. "You're even more beautiful when you're on the-" He couldn't finish his sentence or Cora had pushed him off my body. Her long nails appeared, ready to rip his throat. "Stop!" I yelled, just before the nails touched Isaac's skin. I stood up, pulled Cora away from Isaac and dragged her upstairs.
"What the hell was that about?!" I yelled at her. Cora sat down on her bed, her hands fiddling with the hem of her tank top. "I just didn't like it how Isaac was treating you." She said calmly. "We were training, Cora. There's nothing wrong with that." She pulled her ponytail a little tighter. "I wanted to be the one pinning you on the ground, okay!" Cora hid her mouth with her hand. "Were you jealous?" I giggled and sat down next to her, grabbing her hands. "You are the only one for me. Isaac is just a friend. And if you wanted to train with me, you should've asked." I said, caressing her hands with my thumbs. "You're right. I'm sorry Y/N." "Hey, it's okay. Just try not to kill anybody." "I'll try." We both giggled at her reaction. "Shall we resume our training?" I asked her and she nodded. She gave me a quick kiss on my lips before we walked down the stairs.
