"Chummy, I'm not even sure we're recording you know," I say, squinting to see if the infamous red light is glowing. Louise gets up, leaning over the camera and fiddling. I twiddle a long strand of hair around my finger whilst I wait for her and then prepare myself as she comes and sits back down. She looks at me and I give a nod, letting her know I'm ready to start again.

"ALOHAAAAAAA SPRINKLERINOS! I am here today with my bestest ever Chummy, my very good friend Z..." I burst out laughing, pointing my finger at the camera. "Chummy, it's STILL not on!" I giggle out. Louise mocks outrage and a number of expletives spill from her mouth, making me laugh harder.

"This stupid, STUPID camera!" she squeals, then continues "although to be fair Chummy I have absolutely NO clue what I'm doing with it." She starts laughing too, putting her head in her hands and shaking her head. "I think I need some assistance," she says, looking at me and together we scream "ALFIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!"

"Oh my gosh, what is it NOW?" he declares bursting into the room, hints of jokiness in his voice.

"It's Louise, she's broken the camera again," I say, laughing as I see Louise's dejected expression.

"I did not, Alfie! I didn't touch anything!" she whines, as usual hating being accused of anything.

Alfie's brow furrows as though looking hard at something. I follow his eyes following something else. All of a sudden, his face breaks into a smile and he rolls his eyes. "Could it be that this wasn't plugged in?" he says, lifting up the camera plug and swinging it between his fingers. We all crease laughing, Louise turning red as she realises her mistake.

"My brain isn't working properly today, I was up most of the night with Darcy, I'll have you know!" she exclaims, as Alfie bashes the plug into the socket. "I can't sleep in until midday like you layabouts!" Alfie straightens up to his full, very tall height, yawning as if right on cue.

"Hey, I didn't get up at midday today. I was up and about at a very respectable 11am, I'll have you know!"

"Only because that girlfriend of yours forced you out of bed with the promise of breakfast," Louise replied.

"Yeah, and that's not all she promised me either," said Alfie cheekily, with a knowing wink. Louise groaned in disgust and I rolled my eyes, although I felt something jar inside of me, only for a second.

"Now I've fixed your technical dilemma I'll let you girls film in peace," Alfie said, making his way out the room. "Oh and Zo, keep reminding Louise where the camera is, won't you?" he added teasingly, giving my shoulder a gentle push as he went out the room. My arm tingled where he had caught me and my own hand automatically rose to touch it.

"ALOHAAAA SPRINKLERINOS..." Before I could think anymore, Louise had restarted her video and I plastered a smile on, ready to slap some make up on her face, whilst blindfolded. I LOVE my job.
