Marshall's P.O.V:
"Like I have been saying for the past couple of hours now, Tessa was drunk. She didn't realise she was kissing Marshall, her business partner. That's all he is and all he ever will be." Nick states.

"You don't just go around snogging your 'business' partners Nicklaus." Leroy states.

"She was drunk." Nick states.

"And what about the last time they were kissing....What about the time that the paparazzi photographed them kissing in Chicago?" Paul asks. "I don't think the three of you really understand the consequences." Paul says.

"She was drunk." I finally speak.

"Yeah and you expect us to belive that nothing has happened between you two when we were not around?" Leroy asks.

"I ca-" I start but get cut off.

"You signed a contract! You can't just-" Paul starts but I cut him off.

"She was drunk!" I snap, making them all go quiet. "You've made us sign a contract. We signed our life away. Our freedom. You made my life a living hell with all these paparazzi everywhere. You turned my damn home into a fucking hotel!" I shout. "The least you can do is belive me when I say that Tessa was drunk!" I yell.

It goes quiet for a few long seconds. Nick lets out a sigh as he drops down on the couch. He told me to control my anger and maybe our mangers would just give is a warning. Leroy clears his throat and turns his back towards us as Paul takes out his phone.

"Hello? Is Gary there?" Paul says as he walks towards the corner of the room with Leroy.

"Now what?" I ask when they both turn their back towards us.

"Now...We wait." He shrugs.

"Yeah. You do that." I mumble as I pick up my car keys from the glass table.

"Running of won't help with the situation, Marshall." Leroy says as Paul turns to face me with the phone still pressed against his ear. Nick quickly stands up as I walk past him and towards the door.

"I'm not running away." I state. "I'm going to pick up my kids from school. Am I allowed to have the freedom to do that?" I ask. "Or am I breaking another rule from the contract?" I say and shoot our mangers a look before I walk out and slam the door away.

I curse under my breath as I pull on my jacket and walk down the hallway. I ignore Nathan as he walks into the living room with Tessa's dog Hunter.

"Hey." I stop in the foyer at the sound of Tessa's voice. I turn around and face Tessa. She tightens the red silky robe around her body and tucks her hair behind her ear nervously before she finally speaks. "Where are you going?" She clears her throat and crosses her arms across her chest.

She's the last person I want to see right now...

I let out a small sigh and shake my head slightly. If it wasn't for Tessa drinking then we wouldn't have been in this mess. Letting out another small sigh, I slowly turn my back towards her and walks towards the front door.

"Marshall. Wait!" She calls me but I ignore her and walks out the front door.

"You look like you're about to cry any second now." I hear Proof say as I sit outside his balcony and look out at the view of the sunset and lake. "Here. You can do with one." He adds as he hands me a glass and a bottle of burbon. "Lady trouble?" He says as he sits down next to me and lights up the cigratte between his lips.

"You have no idea." I let out a sad laugh as he sighs and blows the smoke out of his mouth.

"Talk to me." He shrugs and leans back into his chair, I shake my head in response. "Come on man. I'm always here to listen. I can probably help you." Proof says.
