"I'm awake" I shouted whilst sitting on my bed.
I don't understand why my mother makes a big deal out of waking me up. Her shouting irritates me to a point where I want to slap everyone's faces.
Groaning , I put on my slippers and went to the bathroom to freshen up.
After finishing my business , I came out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around my body and hair dripping wet.
Looking at my reflection in the mirror , I realized I've gotten chubbier , have fair skin and dark blue eyes. Brushing through the tangles in my golden shoulder length hair , I blow dried my hair and put it in a messy bun. Whenever I look at myself in the mirror , I'm never disappointed.
Getting dressed , I picked up my car keys and went downstairs to eat something.
"Hey Mom & Dad" I greeted my parents with excitement
"Hey Sweetie" My parents greeted back in UNISON
I turned 17 the previous month & Today's my first at the college. I got in one of the best college of Manhattan and finally my parents can be proud of me. I really love my parents alot and I'll do anything to make them proud.
"So , are you excited about your first day at the college?" My dad asked with exuberance evident in his blue-green eyes.
"Obviously Dad ! Who wouldn't be?" I replied
Finishing my breakfast , I picked up my stuff & was about to leave when
"Eloise , we're going to Paris for a business trip today . So , take good care of yourself & Alexander" My mom informed me
"And we'll be back in a week or two" My mom notified me
Paying no attention to what my mom just said , I got in my car. My college is literally a 10 minute walk down the road!! But I really love going in my car.
As soon as I reached the premises of college , I parked my car in the parking lot.
As soon as I got out of the car , there came a car towards the exact same position where my car is parked & came out a furious hot guy.
"What do you think you're doing?" He asked in a dangerous tone
"Excuse me?" I asked confused
"Who do you think you are? THIS IS MY SPOT" He said completely annoyed
"Oh , so you own this spot. How much did you pay exactly?" I asked , folding my arms across my chest , waiting eagerly for his elucidation
"YOU'RE NEW" He said in realization "Move your car when I'm asking nicely" He said "You're new here so I'll let it slide this time"
"Hah , You wish" I said , coarsely "Now if you'll excuse me , I'm getting late"
With that , I moved past him and made my way towards the main hall. I don't know why but I am feeling apprehensive today , like something bad is going to happen sooner or later.
Pushing my thoughts aside , I disappeared into the hallway.
