I've been in college for one month & I love it. The teachers , students , Class representatives , everyone's just so nice.
The Principal declared that every class will have a tour of three to four days to the place they want to go the most! Our class have decided that we want to go to Paris & we'll be going this Sunday.
Picking up my stuff from the locker I made my way towards the cafeteria. Maddy had told me that she'll be waiting for me in cafeteria.
Madison Watson is the first person that wanted to be my friend. She's such a sweetheart & beautiful with long chocolate brown hair , hazel eyes with height & physique like a model.
"Hey El , C'mere" Maddy called me to sit with her
"Hey Maddy , How much time do we have left?" I asked her because I'm running out of time & I've to complete my essay which I couldn't last night because I had to pack stuff with my mom for their business tour!
"What? You're working even during lunch? Come On!! Don't starve yourself just for an essay!" Maddy exclaimed
Paying no attention to what she just said , I started writing.
After 15 minutes , she let out an exasperated sigh
"You're so stubborn!" Maddy cried
"Is it done or not? Am I talking to myself or what? I LOOK LIKE A COMPLETE IDIOT!" Maddy yelled
"I'm done ! I'm done" I said , holding my hands in defense
"Hey handsome" Maddy cheered & I knew who it was.
JASON STEWART. The first encounter we had wasn't pleasant. He misbehaved for which he apologized later & I have to mention that he's the bad guy of my college. But now my best friend. He & Maddy are my best friends now.
I stood up from my seat and hugged him.
"Where have you been? You've been missing college for one week!" I asked him
"Aaww , you missed me?" He teased
"Of course ! I do have the right to miss my best friend !" I said
The bell rang & we went inside.

Today's the day , we're going to Paris . The exact same place where my parents are right now but I won't be meeting them because they went there for business , not for picnic!

We've been in Paris for 2 days now & this place is amazing. I've never been here before.
"El , come here . Look at this. Don't you think it's strange for this artifact to be here" Maddy scrunched her eyebrows
"It's called Musée du Louvre , it's a museum. Why would it be strange for a museum to contain an artifact" I asked , completely confused
"Look , it's not just an artifact. See what's written there" Maddy said with excitement
The artifact of French : "Orbite d-équilibre" [English : Balance Orbit] was first created by The French Quarter Witches , the witches of New Orleans in 1654 . The purpose of the coven was to maintain the balance between the supernatural world & the human world. The witches could not do that with their powers only so they created this artifact by using 3 ingredients : The blood of a doppelganger , The finger of a sinner (who has committed all of the 7 sins mentioned in the Bible) & The heart of a warrior.
"What the hell!" I started laughing
"Why are you laughing?" Maddy asked , curious
"Because it's funny! None of this seems real" I said in a 'duh' tone
"But what if it's real! What if the witches exist! What if they're walking among us. Not just the witches but other supernatural beings too!!" She exclaimed
"I don't believe in supernaturals" I put an end to her never-ending 'what ifs'
She made a face 'Whatever' & motioned for me to follow her
I really don't believe in supernaturals. There's no point in doing so.
With that we went into the Main Hall & explored other historical artworks.
"Today is going to be a long day" I murmured to myself
Because exploring the museum was just the beginning.
