Chapter 17 - Frozen Heart of Fire

" Anna, Hiccup?" Elsa walked through the door and Hiccup gaped at her beauty.

She was wearing a dress made completely of ice, it had a long train falling from her shoulders and the skirt had a split running up her leg ending before her thigh.

The bodice was covered in a glittering material and shone in the subtle light, her hair was pulled out of the bun and was swept into a side braid.

Hiccup had never seen a more beautiful woman before or really any women before.

" Whoa Elsa, you look different. It's good different and this place it's amazing." Anna told her smiling.

" Thank you, I never knew what I was capable of," Elsa said, the voice was so soft and melodies, Hiccup couldn't help but smile.

" I'm so sorry about what happened if I had known." Anna began apologising Elsa backed further back towards the door.

" No, no, it's ok, you don't have to apologise and you should probably go." Elsa told Anna while avoiding her eye contact.

" But we just got here." Anna queried happily, Hiccup started to walk up the steps.

" No, you belong down in Arrendale," Elsa commanded her sister looking down at Hiccup.

" So do you." Hiccup told her, holding his hand out.

" No, Hiccup, Anna." Elsa smiled down at them.

" I belong here where I can be who I am without hurting anybody." Elsa exclaimed holding her hands.

" Yeah, Elsa about that." Hiccup began saying but was interrupted by Olaf who came running in, spreading his arms wide.

" Wait, what is that?" Elsa asked as she spotted the snowman.

" Hi I'm Olaf and I like warm hugs!" The snowman yelled through the foyer.

" Olaf?" Elsa looked at the snowman and the dragons.

" You built me, remember that?" Olaf asked her, Elsa looked down at her hands with wonder never had she imagined she could bring something to life.

" And you alive?" Elsa said looking up from her hands.

" Yeah, I think so." The snowman exclaimed moving his body around.

" He's just like the one we made as kids." Anna and Hiccup stated as the got down to his level.

" Yeah." Elsa sighed looking down at Hiccup who smiled.

" We were so close, we can be like that again?" Anna told her.

~ Flashback ~

" Hiccup?" Elsa looked back at her brother just as Anna jumped off a pillar.

" Anna, slow down!" Elsa turned to see her sister falling to the ground.

She threw her magic at her, trying to save her before she hit the ground, but it struck her head.

" Ah, no, we can't." Elsa stepped back and shook her head.

" Goodbye Anna and Hiccup." Elsa turned back to the stairs and walked away.

" Elsa wait?" Hiccup ran after her with Anna following behind him.

" No, I'm just trying to protect you two," Elsa answered while running up the stairs.

" You don't have to protect us were not afraid," Anna said as she began singing.

" Please don't shut me out again, please don't slam the door." Anna sang to her sister.
