KHEL'S POV
Meera and I went down the tree house and right on cue, sumalubong sa'min sina Brint at Narri. Nagtatawanan ang dalawa at nagkukwentuhan nang 'di ko maintindihan.
As the two approached us, they gave a wide grin. Lumapit si Narri sa kaniyang pinsan, saka si Brint sa akin.
"Did you enjoy the stroll, bro?" the moron asked.
I gave him a cold look. "Not as much as you do."
Natawa ang ungas sa sinabi ko, saka ako inakbayan. I was annoyed but I just let him clung over my shoulder.
"Oh! Two hours na lang at magtatakip silim na," ani Narri habang nakasilip sa kaniyang relos. "Should we find a place to stay overnight?"
"Oo nga." Then Meera turned to my friend. "Kaya mo pa bang mag-drive, Brint? Ilang oras pa ang biyahe papuntang Laiya, San Juan."
"Ayie! Concern ka sa'kin, miss cutie?" Brint grinned, then simply glanced at me and back at Meera's. "Naku! Baka may magselos."
Moron. Nagtiim-bagang ako upang pigilang masapak itong kaibigan ko. Mabuti na lang at hindi sineryoso ni Meera 'yung sinabi niya.
"Malapit-lapit lang ang San Juan. Mga dalawang oras na drive lang 'yon mula rito," ani Brint.
Agad na humirit si Narri, "Aba! Anong dalawang oras lang? Lang?! Sigurado ka bang kaya mo pang mag-drive nang gano'n kalayo?"
But my friend proudly nods his head. "No problem! Tiwala lang kayo sa'kin!"
And because my friend insisted to drive for our next destination, we decided to say goodbye to this place; the Fantasy World.
At around three o'clock, we exited the castle's gate and walk back down the empty road. Once again, I saw pine trees along the road's side. Behind those branches and above those greens, the colorful towers from the castle was seen. As we walk further, the castle's view slowly disappears from our sight.
Muli, nakabalik kami sa principal gateway kung sa'n kami nagbayad ng entrance fee. Paglagpas namin dito, natanaw ko na agad ang aming sasakyan na naka-park sa gilid ng walang katao-taong kalsada.
The four of us reached the camper van and ride in to it. Again, we hit the road and continue the trip.
Habang tinatahak ng aming sasakyan ang main road, na mabuti't walang traffic, ay dumaan muna kami sa isang gas station. Siyempre, para magpa-gas. After the van's tank was fueled, Brint paid the fee.
