KHEL'S POV

Around evening, as the sun slowly descending at the horizon and the sky was washed with pinkish orange and blue. Exact 5:37 pm on my wristwatch.

Wearing bikini and swimming trunks. Most of them are close to one another. They're doing fun things such as; playing with the water and building sandcastles along the shore.

As background noise, I hear laughters and chitchats. There are splashes of waves and footfalls running around. I can also hear the scorching flame from the bonfire as its heat lit up the evening atmosphere.

Sitting like a royalty, I watch the crowd around me and the vivid sunset across the ocean.

From afar, Narri and Meera are interacting with bunch of foreigners. It looks like they're enjoying the moment, sharing stories and laughing like they all know each other for so long.

Narri is telling them story- which I can't hear because they're too far from where I am.

Brint suddenly came, walking towards me with a big smile. "Bro!"

An'daming chicks doon oh!" His thumb jerked at the bonfire's direction. "Tara! Maki-join ka naman sa'min! They would be very glad to have you!

Those are foreign girls wearing bikinis, standing on the other side of the bonfire. They're giggling while stealing glances over my direction.

When they noticed that I'm staring at them, those girls squealed in romance and shyly waved theirs hands at me.

Tss. Typical women.

Muli akong bumaling kay Brint. I fixed my eyeglasses' bridge and immediately stand straight. "Okay."

"Okay?!" Nagulat ang ungas sa inasal ko. "Okay? Gano'n gano'n na lang? Payag ka nang maki-join sa'min?"
