"Hello grandma." said Eric. "Oh Eric, it's so good to hear your voice." I replied. "I'm sorry I haven't called you back, but it's pretty tough now." he said. "I understand sweetie." I replied. Eric told me everything and I couldn't hold back the tears. I can only imagine the pain.
