I slip my phone into my pocket. I've never been one for going on early morning walks. As you know I prefer to spend my hours by sleeping in bed :) But I don't know, recently I've come to enjoy them, my earphones playing music whilst enjoying the outdoor scenery, it's pretty therapeutic.
"Toto !" A voice calls, and I turn around to see a tiny dog running towards me whilst a girl chases after it. "Stop that dog !" She points, and just as the dog jumps over the wall I catch it in my arms. Damn. I'm usually shit at catching, I'm more of a thrower.
I mean, if she wants the dog back I could—
"Oh my god thank you !" the girl pants, and when our eyes lock, I just want the ground to swallow me up. "Oh. It's you" Bomi mutters. I swear she's like a rash that just won't go this girl.
"Here" I hand her the dog from over the wall before smacking the dirt and hairs off of my pants.
"He never usually runs off like that" she comments before putting the dog down and commanding for him to sit. "But he saw another dog and got a fright"
