Omega waited patiently for Tech and Wrecker to buy the parts they needed. However, they were never the best at communicating with others, which was why they had been there for the past thirty minutes. She let out another sigh as the two continued to argue with the salesman. Tech was rambling on about the origin of the item, while Wrecker stood firmly next to him nodding in agreement.

"Techhh?" Omega whined, going over to his side. "Are you almost done?"

Tech glanced down at her, holding up one hand.

"One moment, Omega."

"Look, I already told you I'm not interested in selling. I'm running a legal business here and don't need fellas like you to screw me over." The human gave them all a glare before turning his back and stalking into the storage room.

Wrecker rolled his eyes, giving Tech back the handful of credits.

"How did he even know we're clones," Wrecker huffed.

"I don't know, but just be glad that he isn't turning us in." Tech shrugged, leading the way back into the crowd of citizens.

Omega grabbed Wrecker's hand, not wanting to get lost in the swamp of people. "What do we do now? This was the only place that had the right parts."

Tech's brows furrowed for a brief second. "I suppose I could try and fix the engine with the ones we have, but that would require a lot of time. Time we don't have at the moment. We can't risk staying in one spot for long."

"At least we got to keep our credits," Wrecker pointed out. "I'm starving! Can we stop at that diner on the way back?"

The mention of food made Omega realize how hungry she actually was. She had only ever had the slop on Kamino, and since joining the Batch, they had been surviving on nothing but ration bars.

"I don't think that would be the wisest way to spend the credits that we are saving," Tech scolded his brother.

"Oh come on, Tech. We still haven't gotten paid by Cid for our last two missions. Remember, she said both paid double if we succeed? And guess what...we succeeded!" Wrecker did his best to reason.

Tech slowed as they neared the diner. Though it wasn't a necessity, it would be nice to have something other than rations for a change.

"Fine, but we'll need to bring something back for Hunter and Echo."

Omega could feel herself beaming. "Thank you, Tech!" she said cheerfully as he opened the diner's door.

She admired everything in the restaurant. The tiles had a combination of two colors that set a theme for the whole place. Instead of white tables in a colorless room, there were red booths that were cushioned with a wooden table between them. The smells of various dishes being served filled the air, making her mouth water.

They found a booth in the corner of the diner and settled down.

"Nothing too expensive," the goggled clone recalled as he gave the others the menus.

"I'll go with my usual," Wrecker swatted the menu away, apparently not needing it. "What are you gonna get, 'Mega?"

Omega read through the options. All the names were overwhelming and new to her.

"Uhhh, I don't know."

"Might I suggest looking at the kid's menu," Tech offered, flipping the paper over.

The names were much simpler and there were less options which was perfect. She looked at all the delicious trays, finally deciding on the one that caught her eye first.

"I think I'll get the small fried nuna legs."

"Ha, we're getting the same thing!" the large clone next to her chuckled.

Tech placed each of the menus in a neat pile in the center of the table as the Twi'lek came to take their order. Though he hated doing it, he took it upon himself to order for both Wrecker and Omega.

The food came out surprisingly fast. Two nuna meals and a plate of various greens.

Wrecker was the first to dive in. Anyone would think he hadn't seen food in years by the way he was eating.

Omega carefully inspected her piece of meat. It was nothing like anything she had ever seen back on Kamino. Seeing Wrecker devouring the nuna convinced her to take a small bite, which ended up turning into many small bites.

"Remember to breathe while you're eating and not just inhale it." Tech shook his head at the two across from him. Unlike Wrecker and seemingly now Omega, he preferred to savoir whatever he was given, especially if it wasn't what they normally were served.

"This is so good!" Omega said with a mouthful.

Wrecker couldn't help but smile. It just occurred to him that she'd never had anything besides bland tasting grub, aside from their new tradition of Mantell Mix.

"I'm glad you think so, kid. This is my favorite," he said, happily finishing off the large nuna leg.

Tech watched as Omega too seemed to grow full. By the time they had paid for the dinner it was dark out. Cid's wasn't too far, but it was a decent walk.

Omega started falling behind, to which Wrecker picked her up. Tech had mentioned something days prior about children needing more sleep than adults after a long day. The day was certainly long, so it was no surprise to Wrecker when he heard the soft breathing of a sleeping girl.
