Jealousy

Author's POV 

Build and Vegas are in the front seat as Vegas is driving and Macau is seated in the Backseat. Vegas insisted that No Bodyguard follows them today as It is a Family outing and they wish to enjoy themselves. The trio reaches the Mall and Macau rushes to the Clothing Store, Taking Build along with him. Vegas bids them farewell as He goes to the ticket counter. 

After about Half an Hour Vegas meets Macau and Build, amidst their shopping spree. It seems like Macau is Making Build his model, making him try new clothes every now and then. Vegas also joins in on the fun as he secretly clicks pictures of Build in all those new and funky attire to later tease him about it. He buys some clothes that Macau likes and heads to the Movie Theatre. 

Macau steps out to buy some popcorn while Build and Vegas get themselves seated. It is a Private room for movie viewing and quite spacious. There is an awkward silence in the room as Build is busy looking around.

"Ummm....Bui...*Cough* ..Thank you.." Vegas says shyly avoiding Pete's eyes. 

"Thank you?"

"Um.... For... For help-helping me with the work and taking care of me these....these past few days."
'God why am I stuttering like a young girl in love' Vegas thinks to himself.

"It's my Job you know.....To be with you and to assist you." Pete smiles but then Vegas frowns at his response. Before either of them could speak further, Macau enters with Popcorn and Coke and settles himself between Build and Vegas as the movie starts. 

Vegas's POV 

I had never thanked an employee of mine before, But Build, I knew I owed him this one cause he went above and beyond to help me with this Project. I received a message from Our Client that it was my assistant that pestered his Manager for our meeting. That Build called every night to schedule the meeting with them. He even frequented their Office daily. No-one had been this helpful to me Before. 

But his response that It was his Job and nothing more, Hurt me. What did I even expect? But Of course he was just doing his Job. Then why am I feeling my heart breaking? I am silent the entire time. Instead of the Movie, my whole attention is on Build. He is laughing and smiling throughout the Movie as he is leaning on Macau as Macau's hand holds Build's slender waist. 

I don't like the closeness between them Both. Build never gets touchy feely with me, But now he is leaning on Macau's shoulders? And even lets him touch his waist?

I get up from my seat and sit between them both. When Macau gives me a disapproving look, "I can't see clearly from the side." I explain as I eat the popcorn.

"Phi Vegas! Why did you do that?" Macau enquires when Build goes to the washroom during the Interval

"What do you mean?"

"Don't pretend innocence. You know what exactly I mean." 

I look at him as he sips his coke and continues. "You like him don't you?" 

"What are you talking about?" My voice gets louder because of his baseless accusation. Me? and In love? That too with this guy?

"I have known him only for about a week now. How can I fall for him in such a short time?" I retort.

"Well you didn't disagree. You are just jealous seeing him close with me." 

I am left with my thoughts as Macau gets up to leave as If concluding this conversation by putting forth allegations that were completely not True. 

"It's just I am Scared he might make you fall for him and Do something Bad to you. We can't trust him and So I am behaving this way. ITS CLEARLY NOT JEALOUSY."

"Yah Whatever....." He says as he gets out through the door. 

A/N

To be honest I don't know if people could get jealous of their siblings. But It's Vegas we are talking about. He is even jealous of the clothes that Pete wears so..... And Vegas BUT OFCOURSE IT IS JEALOUSY. Ah....when will you realise your own feelings? Or maybe he knows but doesn't want to acknowledge his own feelings.
