"Mumma happy happy birthday" I heard varun's voice.
I looked down only to meet my son who is clutching my legs and hugs me.
"Oh my, how my son knows his mumma's bday" I says while taking him in my arms.
"Varun knows everything"
"I see, thank you so much Varun kanna. " I says at him while kissing his both cheeks.
He too copied my same antics.
"Mumma here" he says while showing me a small cute box which is wrapped with a gift cover.
"Kanna what is this?. Where did you get the money?" I aksed him with a tears forming in my eyes.
This is my very first gift to be honest.
"Mumma your son won't waste money. He knows how to save the money. I always save the money which grandpa is giving me Amma" he says at me.
His grandpa was worked in railway job, so yeah he is now getting a pension. And he is spoiling varun.
'But your son doesn't wasted any money' my mind says.
"Mumma please open it soon.. Soon" he says to which I nods at him.
I slowly unwrapped the beautiful cover and seen a small box inside, I then opened it inside only to see a small and beautiful silver earing.
I just kneel down before him to his level.
"Kanna mumma loves it." I says it to him.
"Mumma varun is not earning now.... Since varun is not going to work like appa. Bu when varum goes to job right he will buy you gold earrings maa" he says by hugging me.
"Varun your mumma doesn't needs the gold earnings. All I need is you to grow into a good human being kanna like how you are now. All I want is your good health. So Varun should take care of him."
"Varun will be in good health Amma, since my mumma knows how to take care of Varun. And varun will take care of mumma, since varum knows how to take care of mumma." he says with a smile.
"Grandpa, mumma loves the gift" with that varun runned out of the kitchen.
My tears started to roll down my cheeks.
This is more than enough for me.

"Happy birthday yazhini" maama says i just kneel down before him to get his blessings from him who is having Varun in his arms.
"Mumma be happy for life long, grandpa do I need to say something else while blessing?" varun asked his grandpa who in turns started to laugh.
