"Sheldon is a grown man now. He's not the little boy he was when you last saw him." Amy said.
"Yeah you're right." I replied
"Thanks for coming. Sheldon is really happy you're here." Amy said quietly.
I smiled at her as we entered Sheldon's apartment and sat back down at our spots while we finished up the Chinese food. I took a sip of my red wine and made he contact with Georgie, but removed my eyes from his gaze as soon as possible. It's awkward enough that I haven't seen him since I was a teenager, now that I kissed him the awkwardness has just piled up. It was like that time I came across Codey Haynes doing a cover of Kid Rock's "All Summer Long" while innocently surfing YouTube and my husband at the time freaked out for whatever reason. That was my first husband. I divorced him because he would always have these random jealous outbreaks and would get extremely over protective. There's nothing that grinds my gears more then that. The problem with my second husband was he wanted eight kids, not even exaggerating. After my second divorce, I was ready to give up on love. But now that I kissed Georgie, I'm not sure if I'm ready to give up.
