Nate
“Hello,” Kate said as her and Brittney walked into the living room.
“How’d it go,” I asked.
“Good, I guess,” Brittney replied.
“What did the doctor say was wrong,” I asked.
“I have to wait for test results,” she said. “I’m really tired, can’t I just sleep?”
“Yeah, come here,” I told her holding out my arms. She came and snuggled
into my chest and soon fell asleep.
“What do they think is wrong with her,” Christian asked Kate.
“I don’t really know,” she said.
After that it got really quiet for a while.
“Here, we’re going to go over to my house for a little bit,” Christian said
finally breaking the silence. “Come on, Kate.”
“Tell her to call me when she gets the results,” Kate told me before her and
Christian left.

“Hey, mom,” I said as Kate and I walked into the kitchen of my house.
“Wow, you mean to tell me that you have finally come home,” my mom
laughed.
“Not for that long, so don’t get your hopes up,” I laughed and sat down at
the snack bar with Kate on my lap.
“Kate, I might have to kick your butt since your the reason my baby is
abandoning me too much,” my mom said with a laugh.
Kate’s phone started singing Lost in Stereo by All Time Low.
“Who is it,” I asked.
“Brittney,” Kate said. “Sorry, but I have to take this.”
She went into the hall and talked for a few minutes.
“Did she get her results,” my mom asked.
“Yeah she did, but Dr. Hollington wants her to go in and talk to him. Can you
take us,” Kate asked my mom.
“Of course,” my mom replied. “You can stay at Nate’s house while we go to
the clinic,” she said to me.
“Let’s go because Brittney’s freaking out already as it is,” Kate said leaving
the kitchen.
We left and went to Nate’s house down the street. I got out and Brittney got
in, and then Kate, my mom, and her left to go to the clinic.

“Did Dr. Hollington say what he found out,” I asked Brittney, but she didn’t
