Aim for an idealistic vision, and keep your actions and solutions realistic. Idealism is being a visionary and maintaining a consistently positive mindset even in the face of failure. It is what spurs us even more when it seems all hope is lost. Realism is recognizing and committing oneself to the hard work needed to reach our ideals. Idealism is needed to cushion us in times when we get burned out from hard work, and realism is the key to make our ideals a reality. Let our realistic actions be guided by our idealism.
