When I walked into school on Thursday, the halls were practically buzzing with gossip. People everywhere were talking about what happened last night, and the Drama club was getting a lot more members. Not as many as expected, but that will only happen with time. Walking down the hallway to my locker, I spotted Jessie standing there, looking down at his sleek phone. Slowing down my speed, I sighed and closed my eyes, continuing my route to my locker. Jessie glanced up at me as I spun my combination in, his posture straightening as he held his phone up for me to look at.

"Did you see all the tweets about the performance?" he asked, to which I gave him a look.

"Do I really look like the type to follow social media like that? I'm not a stalker, you know," I said, throwing my bag in my locker and fixing my big hoodie. I could practically feel Jessie just roll his eyes.

"Just look at the phone," He wined. I groaned and reluctantly looked at the screen, seeing the first comment. Then the next, and the next. My eyes widened, grabbing his phone and scrolling through all these 'tweets'. My jaw dropped.

"Isn't twitter, like, a hug media jungle? The biggest one out there?" I asked, looking up from the phone to look at Jessie. He raised his eyebrows and nodded, taking the phone back from me.

"Yeah. Which means its expanded from our school. A lot more people know about it. About her," he corrected, shoving his phone in his pocket. I closed my eyes and laid my forehead on the cold metal, clearing my thought. I should have thought of this before. But how could I have known this would happen? Because I didn't believe in myself, that's why.

"Oh god, what about the website?" I murmured, closing my locker after grabbing my books.

"Website? What website?" Jessie asked beside me, reminding me he was even there at all. I gave him a confused look. He didn't know?

"You don't know?" I said, voicing my thoughts. His eyes widened a bit and he shook his head, making me sigh. I grabbed his hand and made my way to the library, ignoring the looks and glares from the students, mostly girls. "Come on,"

After showing Jessie all the websites- excluding the one that was trying its damnedest to figure out who I was- he leaned back and his chair and sighed heavily. I bit my lip nervously, fiddling with a loose string on my hoodie.

"Well, that's just... creepy," I looked over at Jessie, his fingers finding their way into his hair. "She's only had- what, three performances?- and she already has a fan base. Did you know she was going to blow up like this?" he asked me, catching me off guard. I looked down at my hands and shook my head.

"No, I didn't. Neither did she, I guess. That's why I'm afraid, because some people don't know boundaries," I half whispered, looking back up at him. He sighed loudly and ran his hands down his face, his green eyes meeting mine.

"Nothing is going to happen to you guys. She isn't that big, so that means that her 'fans' are not going to do something rash- like swarm the school with poster boards," he said with a small smile, making me laugh, a small little weight lifting off my shoulders. There was a short silence, but it wasn't awkward or anything, just... silent.

"So... are you still going to Jenna Marie's party?" He asked, thankfully changing the subject. But I groaned when I realized what subject he changed it to. I heard him chuckle as my head fell into my hands, muffling my groan.
