Chapter 14

Caius's POV
I arrived back at the castle.

I was preoccupied by the thoughts of Maria to realize my daughter was standing behind me.

I turned, "Dio! Ti ho lasciato per alcune ore.." I said shocked.

My daughter was drenched.

Her white top wasn't doing her any justice then I glared at Alec.

I took my black suit jacket off and put it on my daughter's shoulders.

I didn't need anyone to look at my daughter's unprofessional appearance.

I shook my head, "Go to my room" I said.

She just nodded without putting a fight for once.

I turned my attention back at Maria.

"Wow, she is a spitting image of you" Maria began to say.

"I didn't ask permission for you to speak" I seethed.

"Bring her to the dungeon" I ordered.

They nodded then quickly dragged Maria away.

"Alec" I said in a calm and collected way, then I slowly added ice to my words.

"Would you care to explain why my daughter is soaking wet?" I raised an eyebrow at him.

He stood back and let him explain.

"Master, I apologize for returning her in drenched clothes" Alec says,

"Very well, did she cause you trouble?" I asked.

"No, Master" Alec replied.

"You're dismissed" I turned to enter the castle.

I went into my office.

Maria's scent was still filled in my nostrils which made me irritated.

I held Maria's hand and looked her straight in the eyes

"My love, I have a special surprise for you" I kissed her hand.

she giggled, "Baby what's the surprise" she asked me.

"It's a necklace I customed made for you." I grabbed a white long box.

I gave it to her waiting for her reaction.

"Well?" I said as she opened the box, she gasped.

"I love this so much!" she kissed me on the lips.

I held her head as I began to swirl my tongue in her mouth.

"If you're ever in danger, just show them that necklace and they'll know you're mine" I murmured.

"You've captured my heart" I began to say.

I threw a book at a wall, I flipped over my coffee table, Anger raged in me.

I caressed her face, "I love you so much"
"I love you too" she says.

her face became sullen "In another life, I would be your girl" she said.

I looked at her in the eyes.

"Love, what do you mean?" I asked.

"It's nothing" she says then begins to kiss me.

I in returned roughly kissed her back.

January 20th, 1857 I was excited to bring my flowers to my lovely newborn that I had created.

That's when I turned the corner I saw Vladmir.

"Love?" I said in disbelief.

she looked over at me.

"I guess I should say thank you for changing me" she seductively said.

returned to make out with Vladmir.

I dropped the bouquet.

"HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME" I raged, charging at Maria.

Vladmir intervened.

"She's my mate" I seethed moving him.

then he said

"Is she? Because why else would she choose a roman coven" Vladmir smugly said.

Then I heard a knock at my office door.

"Dad" I heard on the other side.

but before I could tidy up my office she walked in.

"Woah, Dad did a tornado hit your office?" she asks.

"I told you to go to my room" I said.

"I did, but you never said how long and I wanted to see you, don't you miss me?" she began to pout.

"Come here" I opened my arms then she fell in my arms.

"Why are you acting this way?" I asked, she never acted like this unless something was bothering her.

"It's that woman, there's something about her I don't like" she said and looked up at me while hugging.

"It's okay, Piccolo that woman is nothing but a vile creature" I held in my snarl.

I pressed my daughter into my chest.

"Dad! I'm suffocating" she says in a muffle.

I kissed her head then released her.

"Geez Dad, first your office is a mess, now you've just almost suffocated me" she begins to say.

"Hey. Now explain why you were wet" I asked changing the subject.

"I walked under the waterfall duh" she says giving me sass, I sighed.

"So are you gonna tell me why you did that?" I continued to ask.

"I wanted to see Alec's reaction" she said.

I inhaled sharply.

"Charlotte, by now you should know that you're blossoming and you were wearing a white top" I started to say.

she scrunched up her nose.

"Dad! I don't want to hear it" she says.

"well you have to, you're a princess you shouldn't let other people see that side of you" I said calmly.

"Dad.." my daughter slowly said, I cocked my eyebrow.

"I came to you because when I used the bathroom there was blood, like I a lot of blood on my underwear" my daughter says, as soon as I heard of 'blood' I swallowed, It's time to face my fears. I exhaled.

"Honey" I calmly say, "Dad! Aren't you even concerned! Like dad I could be dying and right now you aren't concerned" my daughter crossed her arms.

and faced away from me "Charlotte!" I sharply say.

"You have entered Womanhood." I said.

then she turned to face me,
"What!?" she shrieked, I recollected myself.

"I'll have Heidi buy some sanitary pads" I continued.

Then she buried her face in my chest.

"Why is this happening to me" she whined.

"It's just a part of being a woman" I replied stroking her hair.

then she released herself from me, "I'll go find Heidi" she says then walks out of my office.

I finally relaxed, well that wasn't so bad, but that was only the start of her womanhood.
