The Interstellar Traveller arrived on Remanisis. The 'passenger' had finally reached her destination. It was finally time to say goodbye to Sharlotte.

The IMG stood in the hangar, as it opened and the light of her world fell on her face in a welcome embrace.

"You are a hero, Sharlotte

"You are a hero, Sharlotte. Never forget that. So many generations will be inspired by your deed," Lily said placing her hand over hers.

"I will never forget the generosity you all showed me and how till the very end you kept by my side." Sharlotte's eyes were teary. She had a genuine smile of appreciation on her face. She looked away and out of the hangar.

Outside, she could see her world, rebuilt into its former glory. The state she had left her world in and the one she came back to seemed completely different. There were no more broken buildings, roads or injured and deceased humans and animals. It was a happy and cheerful world that welcomed her with open arms.

Cheers of heroism came to her ears from all sides. And in the very front were her parents, their faces projecting something beyond happiness.

"I hope I can see you all again sometime, I would love to help you out," she said and began descending to ground level.

"Well, you could apply to join us. You'd face absolutely no trouble getting into the IMG. I can safely assure that," Sanduo grinned.

"That is very kind, but I think I want to make my world a better place. There is still so much that can be improved."

"Well, that is a very noble choice. I commend that. I hope the endeavours you make from hereon fare well." Sanduo winked.

Sharlotte smiled and ran to her parents who embraced their daughter with love.

Sanduo faced back, took a look at his team. "Ok then, cadets. We've finally concluded what we started. Now many more opportunities are awaiting us. We must seek them and give our all! Are you all ready?"

"YES SIR!" They all shouted back.

"Good."

They retracted back to their chambers and the ship started to leave the system.

In her room, Sierra surfed through her flex-tech, looking at images of the hotel in Dashtic they'd be staying in.

"Ooh, I almost forgot."

There were some things that were meant to be fulfilled. Some things deserved to be.

"I'm sure Lily would be surprised I remembered." She grinned.

Even if she had said it sarcastically, reality had showed her how some things- taken for granted- could easily be lost.

Had to learn that the hard way.

She made a face.

She went back to her home screen and searched for the album she had promised to give a listen to if they survived this mission. The same from which Lily had played her a song and she had liked it.

She smiled, played the album and closed her eyes, let the music take her to another dimension and lost herself completely to the feelings it induced. She loved this sensation... of reaching out- to beyond!
