Selena opened her eyes slowly to see herself in the hospital, she sat down frantically causing Theo to rush towards her to calm her down
"What happened? Where's Nik? I lost her did I?" She asked as her voice cracked "I did?"
"I don't know" Theo said and she looked towards Hayley who was looking at her sadly
"Hayley?"
"I have no idea. The doctor is with Klaus right now" she told her and Selena cried in Theo's chest until someone opened the door causing her to look up
"Can we have a moment with Ms. Mikealson?" The doctor told Hayley and Theo as Klaus entered the room
"Of course" Theo said as he kissed Selena's forehead before leaving the room with Hayley
"I lost her did I?" She asked them with teary eyes and the doctor shook his head
"No actually you didn't loose the babies" he said and Selena's eyes widened in surprise
"Did you just say babies?" She asked him looking at Klaus in disbelief
"We're having twins, Selena" he said with a smile and she laughed nervously
"That's impossible" she stated and Klaus frowned "You must be mistaken me for someone else. I can't have twins okay?"
"It's not actually, you're carrying twins" he told her and she looked down at her bump
"You are, Ms. Mikealson" the doctor said and she sighed
"Look I ran some tests and the babies are healthy. Like hundred percent healty which is very weird" The doctor said causing Selena to share a look with her fiancé "Your husband just told me that you both weren't aware that you're pregnant until you were almost two months"
