You got me sippin' on something
I can't compare to nothing
I've ever known, I'm hoping
That after this fever I'll survive
I know I'm acting a bit crazy
Strung out, a little bit hazy
Hand over heart, I'm praying
That I'm gonna make it out alive
The bed's getting cold and you're not here
The future that we hold is so unclear
But I'm not alive until you call
And I'll bet the odds against it all
The heart wants what it wantsFew days had past and Selena and Theo decided to go to the Bayou to visit Hayley, Jackson, Jace and Naomi and because Eve had insisted to prepare her for giving birth as her due date had approached
Selena was scared to give birth, she read that there was women who died giving birth and she didn't want to leave her children orphans but Jace, Naomi and Hayley had assured her that nothing would happen to her
She was in the shack with Eve, Hayley and Naomi as she laid down on the ground "That's it inhale and release" Eve told her
"I guess this means no epidural? Are you sure she can't do this in a hospital?" Hayley asked and Selena nodded
"Yeah the place with the doctors and drugs?" Selena inquired and Eve smiled amusingly
"Honey, the werewolves have been having babies out here since before you were born. Stop worrying" Eve reassured them amd they shared a look
"Look I love you, Eve I truly do but I'm carrying two human beings in my womb... Epidural is the only option I have" Selena told her and Naomi nodded
"She's kind of right, Eve"
"It will be fine. I promise" Eve assured her and she sighed
"Okay then what Eve? I don't even know how to be a mother... just ask Hayley" Selena pointed out sadly and Hayley rubbed the back of her hand
She knew both of her birth and adoptive parents loved her so much but she was rarely around them. Selena was terrible to her parents and siblings when she was younger and she always thought about that when she got pregnant
