Klaus was at the balcony overlooking the courtyard where was he holding a policeman over the edge of the balcony with one hand and the other holding a cup of coffee "The taxpayers of New Orleans deserve a skilled Chief of police" he told the man who was looking at him fearfully
"How inept you are if not a single one of your men can locate the women I seek" Klaus stated as the man was gasping for air
"We're trying! She's a ghost!" The man argued causing Klaus to scoff in annoyance as he was sgill strangling the Chief
"Aurora De Martel is rather petite and may indeed be able to slip through the cracks like a wicked little cricket but she is not a ghost" the Original hybrid stated before smirking menacingly "Not yet"
Klaus leaned forward on the balcony looking straight at the Chief's eyes with a scowl "I think this city's finest could try a little bit harder, hmm?"
Selena, Elijah and Freya walked in with an annoyed look on their faces. The Original vampire sighed in exasperation while the tribrid rolled her eyes
"I see we're in for another normal Mikaelson breakfast" Freya muttered sarcastically and Selena nodded with a sigh
"Welcome to the club" she said as Elijah rolled his eyes at his brother's dramatics
"Niklaus for Heaven's sakes! Release the poor creature" the older brother demanded and the Chief shook his head frantically causing Klaus to smile with a shrug before dropping him from the balcony and Selena approached him looking down at the men who fell down
"That's not what he meant" Selena remarked before looking at her husband who was smiling smugly
"He'll live" he shrigged carelessly walking past them "And he'll remember to do better"
"Is all this torture necessary?" Freya asked him causing Selena to scoff
"Oh please! Half of what he does is unnecessary but still he does them anyway" she remarked and Klaus sat down on the couch looking at his wife in disbelief
