Luna was laying on her bed with her headphones on, playing a soft tune to help her sleep. She had a troubled look on her face as she remembered that the last time she had spoken with her father was five years ago, the older twin recalled all the times she had called her father and he refused to answer since that night back when she was ten
Five years ago
The twins had gathered in Luna's room at the Salvatore boarding school. They were preparing the spell they were going to preform so they could see their father. Luna sprinkled salt on the floor while Kaine made sire to lock the door so no one would witness
Luna was the first one to remove her anti-magic bracelet and Kaine drew a deep breath before removing his either. They stepped inside the circle and sat down with the bowl of water between them
She snapped her fingers to light the candles that she had placed around the circle for the spell. Kaine picked up few dead roses and dipped them into the water
"Demitte moi, Demitte moi" Luna chanted as Kaine stirred the roses dropping them all inside the bowl
They both grabbed each other's hands closing their eyes so they could complete the spell. They were both astral projected to where their father was
The twins opened their eyes to see they were inside a large house in Russia. It was more like a palace filled with fancy things. A loud scream was heard. The twins followed the woman's scream to see their father in front of the dead and bloody women with her heart i his fist
"Dad!" Luna called making Klaus's heart drop when he heard the familiar voice he had longed to see everyday
Klaus slowly turned around to see Luna and Kaine standing before him. He was soaked with blood, he looked at them horrifiedly still not believing that they had witnessed that, he could see the terror and shock in their eyes
