"You wanted to kill me right?" Tanong ni Lukio sa babaeng kaharap niya.

Nangangatal naman na umiling si Thalia dito.

"Ofcourse you do. I am a hindrance in your plan. Well, our goal are different in the first place that's why you didn't go along with me" pahayag ni Lukio habang umiiling.

Hindi naman makapagsalita si Thalia sa sobrang takot. Hindi niya alam kung anong mali at kung saan nagsimula ang lahat. Siguro ay simula noong nakatakas si Lukio o simula noong pumayag siya na tumulong dito.

"Do you think you can take down Morta on your own? Think again. Think smartly. Morta is far more superior than you. Look, I am still injured because of her!" Malakas na saad ni Lukio.

Napalunok si Thalia dahil sa takot sa lalaking nasa harapan niya. She can create a smoke poison but it will only trigger Lukio that's why she chose not to go against him. However, she already did the moment she chosr power more than her life.

Aksidenteng nalaman ni Lukio ang buong plano ni Thalia ng minsang patago siyang pumunta si Imperial House. Nakaupo si Morta sa trono at kaharap nito ang mga councilors. Narinig mismo ni Lukio ang lahat ng pinag-usapan nila.

"How did you get the 'Edge of Energy?" Seryosong tanong ni Lukio dito.

Napalunok naman si Thalia. Hindi niya sigurado kung sasagot ba siya o hindi.

"Speak" dumagundong ang boses ni Lukio sa apat na sulok ng silid ng opisina ni Thalia.

"In your mother's grave" pahayag ni Thalia ngunit huli na nang pagsisihan niya ang pagsagot ng totoo.

Napaluhod nalamang si Thalia dahil sa tindi ng pressure sa loob ng silid na iyon. Nangangatal ang buo niyang katawan dahil sa takot. Madilim ang mukha ni Lukio habang nakatitig sa pawisan at takot na si Thalia.

"I-I am sorry. I apologize. I made a mistake. Please forgive me" nagmamakaawang saad ni Thalia dito habang nakaluhod.

"So, I didn't heard you wrong" usal ni Lukio habang walang emosyon ang mga mata.

"I am sorry. Please. Don't kill me" umiiyak na usal ni Thalia dito.

"Thanks to you. I remember something that I shoudn't have" malamig na saad ni Lukio.

"Even in death, no one respect my mother. How pitiful, right? My mother was kind and beautiful. She was fragile yet strong. I really hate when she cries. I know you already knew that she cries a lot. After all, we were friends, right, Thalia? You even liked me back then. That's why I want to ask. Why did you do that to my mother's grave? Is your life that useless to you?" Kalmadong saad ni Lukio ngunit bakas sa boses nito ang kaniyang galit.

"Why are you bringing up the past? Yes. I liked you but you didn't like me back. There's only one girl in your eyes. That's why I given up. However, you became a different person. I almost didn't recognize you because of what you are now. You go around just to murder people with magics. That's when, I realize my goal and purpose. If you are a murderer, then I want to become more superior than you so I can make you kneel in front of me.
