This is the those who well haven't noticed. If you have good on ya but if you haven't well in that case here it is:
Incase you haven't noticed the day and time in the last three chapters and the one to come.... that's for the setting.
Chapters 43, 44, 45 n the future chapter 46 are linked- how? All events occur on the same day but at different locations, with different characters and time periods.
So when you read chapter 43 keep in mind of what has happened to Yolanda in chapter 45 since it all occurred on the same day, just varied time periods.
