"Yes, you may go, Azalea." I cut Giovanni off, sending him a 'I'll tell you later' look, but I'm not telling him anything without Azalea's permission.

Plus, this is all a theory, one that still hasn't been confirmed.

Even though her behaviour kind of gave it away..

I'm concerned for her, actually concerned.

'Actually concerned' being as her brother, not a therapist, not a doctor.

She's a part of the family, she always has been.

Even if she doesn't believe it.

I quickly eat my food, ignoring the looks of confusion and disgust from my brothers.

I'm normally the brother with manners and discipline, so it might be a change to see me eating like an unhinged pig.

In other words, like Elliott.
I abruptly stand up, taking my plate to the kitchen and thanking the cooks and maids.

Quickly, I run up the stairs and lean my head against Azalea's door.

Even though it's distant, she hiccups and sniffles.

I lightly knock on the door, not wanting to scare her.

Some things rattle around, I hear footsteps coming close to the door.

I quickly straighten up and take my head off the door.

"Just go, I can talk later," She hiccups.

"It's me, Elijah, can I come in?" I ask softly.

The door opens a little bit.

I take that as a cue to go in, and I do.

I make sure to close the door and I immediately frown seeing lea on her bed, faintly smiling like nothing happened.

I walk over to her and wrap my arms around her.

She leans into my chest and I feel some tears soak my shirt.

"You don't need to pretend around me, darling."

"I'm sorry," she whispers.

"For what?"

"For.. dragging you into my stupid past, and for letting you find out."

"Don't apologize, I want to help you, Lea."

"Thank you."

"Can you.. tell me?" I ask, hesitantly.

She nods against my chest

"You don't have to, only when you're comfortable sweetheart."

"It's okay, I think I'm comfortable to tell you."
