Four days after Peni and Y/N's hangout, on Earth-928B, the boy in question dodges a swing kick from Petra before side-stepping a forward punch from Gwen

"Good! Watch your form!" Miguel yells with his arms crossed, dialing in on Y/N's movements as Jess screams her own advice toward the others

"Stop attacking separately and start attacking together!" She says while surrounding her mouth with her hands, then taking a step back and sighing in frustration

Miguel peeks over at her and smirks. "Someone looks worried. Thought they had it in the bag?" Jess throws a side eye at the society leader before focusing back in on the fight

"HA!!" Petra yells as she executes a front kick that misses its target. She furrows her eyebrows more and clenches her teeth, feeling her whole body heat up

Gwen slides past her and pushes herself off the ground, following up by twirling her body and landing a spinning kick on Y/N; or, so she thought. "Damn it!" She grumbles as her attack is blocked by the boy's forearm

Y/N pushes Gwen off and quickly grabs hold of her ankle while she's still in reach. He leaps toward Petra and strikes her with Gwen's body before letting go, allowing both teens to be sent flying to another part of the training room

The girls harshly land and grunt in pain as a result, Petra getting the wind knocked out of her as Gwen's back radiates a stinging feeling

"Man... I knew he was tough, but I never thought he'd be this strong..." Gwen expresses as she sits up

"You..." Petra coughs and slowly gets to her feet with a hand on her gut. "You don't know the half of it... He's kind of going easy on us." Upon the new revelation, Gwen's eyes widen in surprise before she looks back up at Y/N who's standing in the same position, staring them down

Gwen furrows her eyebrows in response and gets to her feet. "Come on, we can't let him make us look like a bunch of rookies." She begins sprinting toward Y/N alongside Petra who then jumps and shoots some web balls before releasing a line from her shooters

Petra swings on her line as Gwen keeps shooting her own at the ground, propelling herself forward at great speeds until she gets within reach of Y/N who easily dodges Petra's projectiles. He then widens his eyes as Gwen's fist nears his face

"Hm..." Y/N evades the hit by bending backward as if he's participating in a game of limbo. He jumps off the ground, wraps his legs around Gwen's arm, and spins his body, causing Gwen to twirl with him. He shoots an organic line at the ground and pulls, allowing him to throw his lower body down and slam Gwen against the floor

"UGH!" Gwen's body slightly bounces off the ground, still in Y/N's hold, perceiving everything in slow motion. "Crap, I don't think he's holding back anymore- WOAH!" She yells as Y/N spins on his palm several times before abruptly stopping and throwing her toward Petra

Gwen zooms toward Petra who swings out of the way and shoots another line to the blonde teen. "Hang on!" She says as Gwen shoots her own line and attaches it to hers. Petra yanks on her line and sends Gwen right back at Y/N who spreads his legs and closes his eyes while letting out a controlled breath

He focuses on his breathing and relaxes all his muscles. "Register..."

Petra shoots two lines at the floor and pulls on them, propelling herself forward, causing her to be right behind Gwen who readies a kick

Y/N's ears then perk, causing him to quickly open his eyes as he catches the metal foot of someone attacking from above while growing a smirk. "Heh, nice try, Pen." He says as he slightly shifts his head and eyes in her direction, causing the girl to chuckle nervously
